What an incredible experience. Sue was warm and welcoming to us both. My mums extremely nervous about attending dentist appointments, due to previous bad experiences in her youth. Richard put her at ease and was very supportive and professional. All in all a truly excellent practice, superb customer service and reasonable price. Thank you!

I hardly write reviews but i feel this is truly deserved, after spending years being afraid and not wanting to visit the dentist, i was in severe pain and was recommended by a friend to try them, i was reluctant at first but as soon as i made a call to them i knew i had made the write decision, the lady on the phone talked me through the whole process and made me completely at ease, the place has such a nice feel to it and for the first time in my life i can say i do not mind going to the dentist so thank you Richard,Sue and the team you do a great job...

The dentists seem very nice, My reason for the low star rating is unfortunately the horrendous behaviour of the receptionist . I have only been to this surgery 3 x and one of those was to sign on as a new private patient. I have never been met with such vile behaviour from an individual, especially someone with a customer facing role . Even when I came in to enquire if they were taking on new patients, she looked me up and down like I was something she'd peeled off the bottom of her shoe and was extremely abrupt , unhelpful and rude. I made it quite clear when I booked the appointment I needed text notifications, (this is due to me having some extremely bad personal issues going on in my life). She then proceeded to not send me a reminder of my appointment. My first appointment with the dentist was fine and I needed a bit of work done so booked in again, which worked out about a month later. In front of the dentist she was fine. I at the time booked 2 appointments Again not sending me an appointment notification for one of the appointments but sent me one for 9.30. Which I obviously turned up to. She then proceeded to completely ridicule me about missing my 9:00 appointment, which I obviously apologised and explained that i only received a message saying 9:30, she was extremely condescending and I quote "you were here when you booked the appointment" and then continued to be extremely rude to me, this is not something I expect on my 3rd visit to a dentist appointment. What made matters worse was a man came in not 10 mins after stating "I am sorry bout my last appointment (laughing) I swear I'm not going senile" Yet the receptionist did not show him the same vile behaviour that she had just shown me. Very disappointed as I was excited to start my invisalign journey it was actually something after all the issue I've had in the past year, I was looking forward to . Plus spending the new patient fee to be treated so badly is a shame
