would give 0, if it were possible. they cancelled four cleaning appointments that had been scheduled months in advance, with no explanation. wish i hadn’t wasted the money on an initial assessment, where they didn’t even have working dental radiographs. they will waste your time, and don’t appear to be competent.

I have never experienced such dangerous, careless and distressing treatment from a dental practice in my life. Treeline Dental has put my health — and now my daughter’s — at serious risk through repeated mistakes, poor communication, and unacceptable behaviour. Over several visits, I was repeatedly given incorrect or inadequate antibiotics, left unable to access medication due to an unstamped prescription, and told to drive a 40-mile round trip while extremely unwell. I nearly collapsed in their waiting room and later had to go to the hospital, where it was confirmed that Treeline had not treated my infection properly. I was showing symptoms of sepsis, which could have been life-threatening. All of this was entirely preventable. This practice has made multiple administrative errors, including a failed October extraction appointment where the dentist didn’t even know I was booked in. I was sent home after my November extraction without gauze, blood pouring down my face, completely numb and unaware. The amount of suffering and fear this caused is indescribable. I am a clinically vulnerable patient with complex health conditions, and their ongoing mistakes, dismissive attitudes, and poor clinical decisions have caused extreme distress, physical deterioration, and a genuine risk to my life. And now — unbelievably — they have failed my 10-year-old autistic daughter as well. Today she was booked in for a filling at 4pm, a time specifically chosen because we cannot get there for 3:45. Despite this, we were turned away, told the appointment was “3:45,” and the receptionist even smirked about it. This is the third wasted visit, totalling over 120 unnecessary miles. My daughter had spent almost a year building up the courage to attend, after being in pain with a cavity for two years. She is now refusing to ever return, and switching to a new dentist means starting from scratch: a new check-up, new assessments, and the exhausting process of trying to convince her to go again. I trusted this practice with my safety and my child’s — and both were disregarded. The emotional impact, disruption, and fear caused by their repeated negligence is staggering. I am currently waiting for a formal written response to my complaints. I will update this review once they reply — regardless of what they say. I will never return, and I strongly advise others — especially vulnerable patients and parents of autistic children — to avoid this place. My experience has been unsafe, traumatic, and absolutely inexcusable.

Rubbish! If you would like to speak to a person DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. they cancelled me appointment 30 minutes before I was to attend. Since then, they are messing me around and purposefully ignoring my phone calls! Unacceptable service. Pure ignorance.
