My time with the Haven practice has been a pretty brand new experience for me. It's where we went to get my teeth realigned, and despite those being expensive investments, I have experienced a shockingly low level of pestering from my parents about making sure I don't neglect it. So it's kind of just me and the Haven practice and after a year of working with them I don't think I realised how stressless and cooperative they've been. Walking in I'm always met with friendly faces who seem happy to see me. It never felt like I was being rushed or unwelcome even though I was late a couple of times and were not thrown out of balance at all when I forgot to rebook one time and had to call them (oops). Nadia is very patient when booking and she's very organised and seems like she's really good at keeping things in order. The practice also seemed more than happy to let us get the most of the money we spent. My realignment package came with a teeth whitening, but as someone who doesn't indulge in teeth yellowing foods, like coffee and indian takeouts, as much as my family, I didn't really feel the need for this, and Haven were more than happy offer it to one of my family members instead. Everyone seems very excite and enthusiastic about their work and are genuinely passionate about making sure my teeth are as healthy as they can and seem very focused on getting things just right. Finally everyone is very fun to talk to and I've learned a lot about what it's like being a dentist.
