Terrible customer service from Kelly/kayleigh on reception. Considering this is the first port of call for all clients and potential new clients you would think she would be able to handle a simple call. I appreciate, as she said repeatedly she doesn’t know the answer to ANY of my questions but did not make any attempt to find out or try and be helpful. I suggested she ask the dentist to which she retorted the dentist is away for the entire month and she doesn’t know. I questioned the duration immediately. She replied only her and the therapist are in… bizarre! Very poor training. Luckily I am not with this practice and I am starting proceedings to take my family members to a much better practice In Wednesbury. Bhandals should really invest in their front of house staff. I am appalled and the lack of knowledge but even more so at the lack of initiative. You will lose custom through this type of repeated interaction from her.

Dr Balachander is fantastic. He works fast and really makes you feel comfortable. My whole family is registered here. And, even my two year old enjoys here visits!

Left more then 1 child with actual gaps in their teeth. Many families have complained awaiting justice truth no parent would like that to happen to their child and is not even statutory. Appology needed compensated appropriately. This needs to be stopped legal action. Better not to mess up then so things don't have to become this way. How disgusting professionals be warned especially in Walsall.

This is the kind of customer service you get at this Dentist. Appointment cancelled without reason. I asked why they didn't just rebook it automatically to save any further wait time, where I could call to say if that new date wasn't suitable. Their Response: "we don't do that as we don't know your availability". I've now got to wait almost 2 months after my original appointment date for a filling that is giving me tooth ache. The only alternative I've been given is go to a walk in centre... It's situations like this that impact NHS patients. Absolutely disgusting customer care.

Had to have a tooth out and was very nervous, but the lovely dentist chand put me at ease. He was very gentle and comforting. Would definitely recommend. Best dentist i have ever been too. The nurse nicky was also very helpful.

I have been in this clinic last month for my wife's root canal. We are from Liverpool. DR Balachander Selvaraj is very friendly and he exactly found the problem instantly and he sorted out very professionally. He is the gem of the person who is very kind enough and very skilled and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is very clean and safe. Its easy to get the appointment here once you have registered. And my wife was very nervous of treatment because she had severe pain for more than 2 months and he made us feel so comfortable and reassured on both of our visit. And all the staffs and nurses are so kind and very helpful throughout our treatment. This is the hidden gem dental practice in Wednesbury..

Had vineers done here and wasn’t happy with the colour, I went back and told the dental DR he said it would change colour overtime and it should be fine… 2 years later I still hate it. Paid over £800. Just avoid it because I don’t think the doctor even realises how much impact this can have on a person, he was very dismissive and inconsiderate. I don’t know why they’re saying they don’t have my names on the record it’s Fahima Khanom. They’ve had me on their system since I was a kid and the pictures and address show it’s definitely this location. You want my date of birth or you want me to come in to prove the damage one of your “doctors” did? Don’t tell me I got the wrong business and try dismiss my feedback like you’ve done with most people, take the feedback on board and fix your service!

Shattered my wisdom tooth, I was in extreme pain, Bhandal Dentist referred me for removal but said it’ll take two weeks for the date, I lasted 4 days waiting as I was taking strong painkillers, it got so bad that I couldn’t even sleep or talk or eat/drink, called the dentist again and asked if they can rush it, they gave me a number for the surgery, stayed on the phone for over an hour to finally be connected to a human just to be told nope sorry two weeks wait time… I stated that I’m a single mom who’s a business owner and a student, and I can’t afford miss the two weeks off, didn’t care didn’t listen… now I overdosed on pain killers because the dentist was of no help, now I’m in a&e being prodded and poked whilst not being able to take anymore painkillers, this pain is worse than labour and the dentist didn’t take my pleas seriously, avoid this dentist if you need something done urgently and go private instead of risking your life
