I rang up today (8.30am) as had been in pain with impacted wisdom tooth for some time now. Ladys on reception were great (said come in at 11) I arrived and was seen to by dentist Kate, and her assistant (cant remember name) had convo for few mins, made me feel as calm as they could. (Even had a 3rd assistant in room to hold my hand and tell me its ok lol) couldnt of asked too see better people if i tried. Would highly recomend this dentist 5* service 👍

Fantastic experience, I had my wisdom tooth took out by Kate, she was really lovely and reassuring. I was really scared before getting it done but it was out within 3 seconds and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever so ever. I’m glad I did it in the end because I had been suffering for 2 months with pain and was on a waiting list with the nhs. Worth every penny!

I cannot praise this establishment enough. From the booking process with Sue, who made the process a breeze, to the amazing care and professionalism from both Kate and Melissa. It has been a long journey pushing to get my teenage son's dental work completed and when I was encouraged to use County Road Dental in Liverpool, I was asking myself if it was all worth it. We are so glad we made the journey and my son is so happy with the out come and how easy they made it for him. Thank you all so much, it's the first time I have left the dentist smiling and laughing. This is the second time I have had a tooth extraction from Merseyside Tooth Removal, and as always, the staff and treatment was 10/10. A previous dentist had initially told me my Wisdom tooth pain was an injured neck which my GP said was not. I tried to have it removed for two years, but my dentist at the time, refused to do it. She referred me to the Liverpool dental hospital who confirmed my pain was from the Wisdom tooth and they advised her to remove it, but she wouldn't. I left that dentist and a week later, the tooth broke. This considerably reduced the pain to the point I could live with it but in recent weeks the pain had increased and I decided it was time to finally get rid. Kate at Merseyside Tooth Removal, County Road, put me at ease when I had another tooth removed last year and I knew if anyone could do this, she could. I'm always nervous as I'd had previous painful experiences with my old dentist, but Kate put me at ease and the tooth was out in 15 minutes. I'm now recovering at home. Very happy to finally have this sorted and should I need any future extractions, I know where to come. Thankyou to all the team 😀

Absolutely amazing had surgery getting 2 teeth out one being inside the roof of my mouth didn’t feel one bit so lovely made to feel so comfortable stitches all in nicely not really much pain
