After many years of not going to the dentist, I had built up many anxieties surrounding attending an appointment. However, my experience with Dr. Sreedevi and the dental nurse this afternoon was exceptional. She explained the process, how I could improve my brushing methods (clearly and firmly, but incredibly kind in her approach. A real rarity!), and offered to do my first ever filling during the appointment. It was virtually painless and I felt incredibly safe and reassured throughout. Thank you so much!

Sreedevi always explains everything before doing it and her work is always painless. In fact, at my most recent visit to have a large tooth extracted, I wondered why she had stopped gently loosening it and, actually, she had already extracted it and I hadn’t even realised it. I have very sensitive teeth and have always been terrified of going to the dentist but with Sreedevi I have no worries.

Sreedevi has been my dentist for quite some time and I cannot praise her enough. Her knowledge, dedication and skill has kept my teeth in tip top condition and she has always managed to fit me in to the practice for emergency appointments over the years and I have been most grateful for that. I must also thank Louise the hygienist and Kathy the receptionist for their professional and courteous service and treatment whenever I am there. Apologies to the receptionist for taking too many toothpaste samples on my last visit! I shall miss Quay Street when it closes.
