Extremely disappointed – would give zero stars if possible. My husband paid £3,400 for four titanium teeth, which after much research should come with a 10-year to a lifetime guarantee. Just over three years later, one tooth fell out. When he contacted them, he was told there was only a 3-year warranty! To make matters worse, they quoted an additional £1,200 to fix it. My husband is a tiler, and if a tile he installed came loose after three years, he would be expected to put it right – why is this any different? Today, another tooth has fallen out, and a third is about to go. How is this acceptable?
