Can't rate this dental practice enough. After a lifetime of dreading and avoiding dental appointments, Lesley and the team have set my anxiety at ease whilst delivering excellent treatment (Lesley's great sense of humour is a huge help!!) Would highly recommend to anyone who struggles with dental anxiety.

Since Lesley went private! Down hill from there. I have had cancer and had to cancel an appointment and was given what I would say a slap in the face! My daughter had appointments which they cancelled then kicked us both out from the nhs!! Disgusting and I took my kids there from childhood!! Let down and the dentist was so rude to me while having chemo and my mouth full of ulcers!!!!

Im a very nervous patient & went to to this dentist for treatment while staying with my daughter in Redditch. They were so kind & understanding, in fact the best dentist i have ever had in my 64 yrs. Mr Saqib Dodhy was very patient & kind. I will be coming up from Cornwall again in Sept to see him. I Also need to mention Ursula the receptionist was so helpful & kind when i called in to make an appointment & also the dental nurse who was their when having my treatment...a lovely lady. Id like to thank you all for your kindness & understanding. Thank you 😊

I called NHS 111 with a dental emergency and was told to phone Crabbs Cross Dental Practice, as they would accept an NHS patient in an emergency, when the subject of the practice not accepting NHS patients was mentioned 111, they advised me that if the practice were not to accept me as an emergency patient, I should ask them to call 111 to let them know this is not something they offer, so they aren't giving out false information. Upon doing this, the dentist office became very rude and abrupt, stating 111 can't force them to accept anyone and that I would be lucky to even speak to any dentist in the area today, never mind see one, given that today is the first day after a bank holiday weekend and their existing private patients are far more important than an NHS emergency. They then added that its not their responsibility to contact and inform 111 about their policies, as 111 have access to the internet and can find out for themselves. The dentist office was very obnoxious and condescending, and their behaviour towards me was disgusting. Their tone alone suggested they were attempting to humiliate and belittle me for not being able to afford their "private" service.

To be perfectly honest, as I have an inherent dread and fear of all dentists regardless of where they are (not so much for what they do but what they may find routing around) and I was immediately put at ease by their friendly staff and clinical expertise, I was extremely impressed, as my situation was an emergency, they were expeditious in their work and at the same time comforting and reassuring, you couldn’t ask for better, I certainly couldn’t
