I d had pain for a week from a tooth but it got worse over the weekend I called into the practice on the Monday and had an emergency appointment for today Tuesday.. Dr Tang took. X rays and showed me how bad my tooth was as the gum it was in was inflamed. He took it out for me straight away.... Now I am resting and so grateful to have been treated so efficiently and effectively. Would recommend this Practice

I booked an appointment for a check up because of a tooth that i was experiencing sensitivity with. The Xray wasn’t working in the room i had a consultation in and the dentist excused herself to go out to check if there was any available rooms with x-rays. When she returned she said she had examined the XRay on the tooth and only a chip in the filling which she could fill, or do the filling again or extract the tooth.. When i asked to see this said chip she just helped me see it in the mirror. She hadn’t done the xray and dismissed me home with those options without kNowing the condition considering i came in with a problem and not on a “regular” check up. On calling the surgery back they have said i can come back for an Xray but i have expressed i don’t have any confidence in that Dentist who clearly doesn’t care about the patient if she can dismiss me without really knowing what’s happening on the surface. To see a new dentist i will unfortunately have to bear the cost of a new appointment.

Arrived for my 10 o'clock appointment and was greated warmly and with a smile. Treatment was quick and was shown exray and advised on future treatment. Not pushed into any rash decisions.

All staff have always been friendly. Invisalign care been great so far. I have OCD, PTSD. I have trauma around medical things; OCD around medical smells, and not being in control. The environment has always helped me relax, which has helped me when I have been feeling a-bit anxious. That’s helped me manage my symptoms, which saves me feeling embarrassed. I don’t feel anxious anymore at all, when I have to attend, even in the chair. Thank you all for a great experience, so far! I’ve worked in research previously, patient involvement in the past. - quiet often, we have issues with third sectors. So well done, for making a relaxed environment.
