Just awful. Everything about this clinic is just wrong. I’ve been looking for an NHS dentist to get a second opinion and came across Eurodental. Made an appointment, arrived, thought I would be paying to see a dentist but NO it’s all deception. You don’t see a dentist but a dental technician (Binisha is the one I saw) You then get (after you pay for your appt) the opportunity to see a proper dentist should you choose to. I did however choose to (no choice as the dental technician could not answer simple questions) and waited a further 2 hours to see an actual dentist (Ben) who was an actual dentist but had absolutely no social skills at all and his command of the English language in my opinion needs improvement and showed zero interest in me When I emailed the practice manager, all I got in return was a reply saying “sorry you should have been aware you wouldn’t be seeing a dentist” An extremely unpleasant experience. When to the dentist today. And saw Tahmoures Abdollahian I can’t recommend him enough a lovely person and made me feel at ease and comfortable as I don’t really like dentist I was advised on my last visit to book a clean but didn’t for many reasons when I saw him today he just said you need a clean are do it now for you and did amazing job thank you also all the staff are kind and helpful it was a friend on mine the recommended them to me and I’m glad I took his advice best dentist iv been to

I visited EuroDental Clinic for a hygiene appointment and had a fantastic experience. The hygienist, Vismaya was extremely gentle, calm, and friendly—she made the whole process feel very comfortable and smooth. The nurse was also lovely and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Highly recommended! Only downside is that there is limited parking space nearby the clinic. However there is a paid parking lot 5 minutes walk away.

Absolutely amazing staff at Eurodental. Myself and my kids changed dentist not long ago (we had to wait for spaces) and have only been seen once but in this short space of time we have had so much progress already! A special shout out to Rachel for all her help and the whole team for being so helpful! I will definitely recommend this dental practice if anyone needs a new dentist! Thanks team, keep up your hard work! 😁💜

I've been with Damitrias for a number of years and to be honest, he's the best dentist. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. big thanks again. Rob Hathway

Big thanks to Rachel.. I've had such issues getting a dentist since moving back from London and she was so incredibly helpful over the phone especially as I was ill and couldn't talk well. She was patient with me and so incredibly kind. Rachel made my day and took a lot of weight off my shoulders.

Rang up to see if I could book a appointment and due to a missed appointment because of a family emergency I'm no longer registered. I rang to say that i couldn't make the appointment though no note was made. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to try and find another practice taking on nhs patients and wait even longer for something that needs to be seen to.

I registered with them about 20 years ago when we were partly living on benefit . So there's no way I would've asked to register with them if they weren't taking NHS patients but private only. Since then I only had dental check up with them when I needed it (and hygienist appointment which I paid, because I had to) and generally had no problems with my teeth till last June, when I went in for check up. Susan (she's a very nice dentist) told me I needed one filling, so I had to pay 125 pounds for it. Yes it seemed a lot for the "NHS" fee, I was thinking "Oh my goodness, that much even on the NHS? Maybe white one does cost a lot" . But yesterday I checked their price list and this morning called them to ask why I was charged a private patient fee for one filling , to which I was told I had been a private patient all along, since 2003. As I said, my husband and I were receiving some benefits back then and there's no way I would've asked to be registered as a private patient. This must have been an admin error from the start. Earlier I told our kids (now adults) to make sure they are not registered as private patient with them. I want to have my extra 60 pounds I paid for one filling back, but I'm sure I won't get it . Also, they didn't give me a choice to have silver fillings which is a lot cheaper, although it's LISTED on their website as available . They said they don't use it. So why is it on their website?
