My 8yr old child was refused treatment because I couldn't and wouldn't "point blank refused" to answer an inappropriate question. Why are they asking if my 8yr old son is pregnant? A review of your patient questions is in order. The fact you refused to see my child because I would not answer inappropriate questions. Not acceptable, it's disgusting actually. £27 travel expenses after there late reappointed yesterday. This was very disappointing. The staff don't care, fill out the form they said. Impossible as it's inappropriate. We can't see your child then. Me, I'm out of here. I'm I wrong?

I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! Thanks to Dr Laura who was incredibly professional and made the entire process smooth and completely painless from start to finish. Her attention to detail and expertise didn't go unnoticed and we were able to finish the treatment in about 1year and a half. Laura was always so helpful, answering every question and making sure I felt comfortable at every stage. Going to my appointments was genuinely a pleasure thanks to her friendly and reassuring approach. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone, she’s simply outstanding!

From the very first appointment, Laura was so reassuring, friendly and professional — always greeting me with a warm smile and a good laugh that instantly put me at ease. It’s been a long journey (my teeth were definitely a bit stubborn 😅), but Laura’s patience, skill and encouragement made all the difference. She explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout.
