I take my dad to his appointments, every time we come in it’s a lovely atmosphere all the staff are marvellous! Unfortunately, when we went recently there is a new young nurse with glasses who made us uncomfortable like we were a problem to be there. She would constantly huff and puff and speak to other staff members with a bad attitude very snappy and rude and judging by the reactions of other staff members this is an on going thing. Found it very unprofessional.

What can I say been so scared to come the dentist after being traumatised by another dentist not at your practice, but ed is so lovely made me feel so calm and talks about each step as he goes, wonderful, nothing is stopping me going the dentist anymore,his singing is wonderful. Jess Lunt.

ABSOLUTE ALARMS & CCTV LIVERPOOL

I haven't been to dentist in almost 40 years. It came to a point where the teeth I had where just rotted, broken or just plain missing on the road to a serious gum disease or infection, I couldn’t drink and eat properly or basically present myself to others. I got the courage to go forward. First visit, well you know you’r walking out after a chat, but that chat helped me so much I just wanted to do the procedure that day, in case I wouldn’t go back. After another visit with Elena who was, no sorry is amazing, another chat and measuring for my temp teeth. On the last visit, I said well no turning back, I wasn’t frightened at 60, I was anxious, only because of what was to come. Elena the dentist and Debbie the nurse, where amazing had me laughing and took there time to help me through everything Elana couldn’t do anymore than she did. I look back and think why I did, and not get help, the procedure was yesterday, seriously no pain, yes healing tingling, that’s it. Can I take this opportunity, and I really mean this to thank Debbie and Elana and all of the staff for everything. PLEASE GET YOURSELF TO THIS PRACTICE, DONT DO WHAT I DID AND SUFFER.

Not the best dentist if I’m fair… and I’m always fair… They actually accused me of missing my appointment and left me to book another emergency appointment with someone else Left me voicemail on MY NUMBER saying we where ringing some other number to book you an emergency so you have lost your appointment but if you come and wait in the reception then we will get round to look at you……… you mat have to read this twice as yes she was phoning some other number to book me an appointment but left me a voicemail on my correct number Then when they did said the woman dentist started blaming me for not having an appointment an she could only have a look because I missed MY appointment that I never got in the first place Propped snotty dentist with major bad attitude Safe to say I was Left in agony with toothache
