Dental staff were great. Admin staff, I found terrible. Looked at me wierd and questioned me about who I was & my relationship to my daughter as I "don't look indian" happened on more than one occasion. Disgusted at the service for a multicultural dental practice.

I had an emergency appointment through 111. everyone lovely amazing Staff.They were so kind and made me feel really comfortable.Dr. Rahman (not sure) I forget his name but he was professional and friendly.I'm very happy.❤️

Rubbish they told me to go through 111 and did that before they told me to found my own dentist and i was in pain and infection in the mouth so why couldn't you give me appointment i am in lot of pain need the tooth out now

Went here with my mum for her to get something done and the receptionist was lovely but the wait is unbelievable. The service is very very slow my mums appointment was at 2 and it is currently 40 past and we are still waiting for her to even be called into the room. I find the way they do things silly as the money should be given after the procedure is done in case they try to con you or don’t do the procedure properly.

DENTIST FROM HELL I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dentist, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were rude and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Unfortunately, things only got worse once I was called in. The woman who saw me barely spoke throughout the appointment and immediately began picking at my teeth. The pain was unbearable, and despite the fact I was visibly crying, she showed no concern or care for my distress. At the end of the appointment, she tossed me a prescription form for antibiotics. When I asked if I had an infection, she gave me a brief “yeah” and walked out of the room without offering any further explanation or guidance. The complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic communication at this practice is appalling. I left feeling ignored and mistreated. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had, and I would urge others to avoid this practice.

These guys really sorted me out, had a tooth infection which was getting worse, had a swollen face and got referred here. I had been in so much pain, but they made me feel super reassured and got me in and out, cleared up in no time, amazing staff

Called 111 as Charlotte Keel Health Centre makes it impossible to see a doctor. After speaking with 111 they insisted I see a 'clinician' within the next 2 hours. I had to call Charlotte Keel and 111 would send a referral. I called Charlotte Keel only and explained that I had spoken with the 111 sevice only to be told by Charlotte Keel "the 111 service is nothing to do with us". So much for our great NHS. I've said before how poor Charlotte Keel Health Centre is and it hasn't changed or improved at all, it's got worse.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK Had a filling 2 days ago , said I needed a root canal , not happy, pain is worse and when I asked if my other filling was there there because I had sensitivity starting to come he said he didn't know he didn't check and then proceeded to check and said it was still in tact but when I got home and looked the filling is gone and a hole was left in my tooth , I now have an infection and when I bite down I'm in terrible pain, the drill also got jammed in my tooth and he had to pull it out with 2 hands , he also said " I may feel this" and proceeded to drill into my, gum my mum wasn't allowed in the room either I guess this is because they dont want people to see the horror scene behind the private door and hygiene wasn't good the place looked dirty and run down . Left like this at 33 weeks pregnant at risk to infection (EMERSONS GREEN HOWEVER IS AMAZING )
