This is the best dentist that I have been to since my private dentist as a child. Petro was calm and as a nervous patient, he really made me feel at ease to the point that after the dental work was complete, I fist pumped the air and said “yeah!” as it had taken me a very long time to feel comfortable in a dentists chair again (and I had previously walked out twice before treatment with other dentists in Mexico and UK 🫣). From the moment I walked into the clinic and was greeted by the lovely Spanish woman named Amparo, she made me feel so warm and welcome, she was really friendly and made me feel at home. It’s a shame she wasn’t there on the day of my treatment but she was there and able to help me with the pre treatment organisation and she is just a lovely lady. The dental Nurse assisting in my procedure was also very friendly and worked so well and quickly with Petro. I never thought I’d say that I had a fantastic experience at the dentist but I did! And I got home and thought, I could go there again. Thank You to the whole team at Regency Dental Practice in Brighton, you have restored my faith in finally finding a good dentist!

I would just like to say thank you to the fabulous professional team at Regency House Dental Practice. They saw me within 2 hours of calling them, I had a very bad impacted absess and infection. Petro was very caring and considerate and explained everything that needed to be done. After having my tooth out and being given 3 lots of antibiotics I was called the following day by Petro to check how I was and he also asked me to come back the next day to make sure that everything was looking ok, which I was not charged for. Thanks to the professional team I am now on the mend.

I managed to get a short notice appointment for a tooth extraction for the Monday morning, it took less than 30mins. The staff are professional, polite and the prices are good too.😀

Have been coming to this practise for about a year now and I always feel looked after. As an anxious patient I always feel like that is also accommodated. Recently had a hygienist appointment with Aruk and he was the most reassuring professional I had without me having to even ask for it - telling me what he was doing, giving me a heads up and checking in throughout the treatment. I feel calm after each and every visit here.

It used to be very good! Reception had really good patients there were two ladies, but today when i call there is a man with a strong accent who does not understand what i am saying, and very rude to disturb my speaking and keep saying book an appointment, do not even want to know what am saying.

Absolutely wonderful. Changed my life. The closest you will get to an old school NHS dentist, even though charging. Petro the dentist (relevant to recent negative posts) is a man of few words, but a heart the size of the world. So happy plus all the team are friendly, timely and the place is spotless.

I had a check-up appointment at this dental clinic on 6th June 2025. I’m deaf, and when booking, I informed the receptionist that I can talk and that the dentist can write things down to communicate with me. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist and his assistant was not good. When I entered the room, the dentist looked very serious and unwelcoming. I read his lips saying, “How can I communicate with you?” I reminded him that I can talk and he can write. He said “OK” but still seemed cold and distant. His assistant also looked very serious and never smiled, which added to the uncomfortable feeling. As a deaf patient, I expected better communication and a more respectful attitude. I did not feel welcome or comfortable during my visit. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they interact with deaf or hard-of-hearing patients.
