if i could rate this place 0 i would. outrageous no joke i have been referred for 2 years now for braces and i’m still waiting i have spoken to them and asked they said this year october now i am getting told next year summer unacceptable. outrageous i am disappointed and no one should waste their time here as they clearly can’t even get one thing done.

Lovely experience at Thornliebank Dental Care, from the receptionist being so friendly, helpful and kind to Dr Aneela, who was nothing but incredible from start to finish. She really takes the time to listen and advise thoroughly, being nervous at the dentist, she really made the whole experience very calm and made me feel at ease. I brought my 17 month old and Dr Aneela and her dental nurse were so lovely, going the extra mile and putting on Miss Rachel while I was in the chair. It really made the whole time there so much easier and I really appreciated how kind they were. Thanks to a great receptionist and an exceptional Dentist and dental nurse, my trips to the dentist are now much more easy for me! Thankyou so much 😊

My usual dentist (who is great) is on maternity leave so I have been cared for by Aneela. I am extremely anxious going to the dentist and seeing someone new was daunting. Aneela was amazing..very understanding and professional. She explained everything to me step by step. She was even prepared to stay late to help me out (turned out didn't have to). Her assistant was so friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous like me. Not forgetting Mel on reception, always a friendly welcome and eagerness to help.

I have not been to a dentist for 15 years, I was traumatised throughout my youth of going to the dentist that badly and living with toothache due to the dread of getting my teeth fixed and so un-happy with my smile that I wouldn't show my teeth. Let me tell you what a fantastic team !! From my first visit when I was a nervous wreck shaking in the chair Amna was reassuring and took her time to listen to me of what I was looking for and what I've experienced before and as time went on with my series of appointments it became much easier for me anyways (my teeth were a nightmare to numb 😂 and alot of hidden supprises). Even throughout the process if I had any issues from previous appointment she was quick and willing to investigate and rectify it for me and let me know everything she was doing throughout appointments. I can't thank you enough I am so happy with my teeth now and I can't wait to start my whitening treatment can finally show my smile !. Mel at the reception always so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you are fearful of dentist.

Had to get a wisdom tooth out and the team at Thornliebank Dental were amazing. The receptionist was really friendly and got me in for a same-day emergency appointment.
