I cannot recommend Dr Jagsi and his incredible team enough, from the moment I arrived the team was more than welcoming. I was a little nervous as this was the first time visiting this practice, however they had been highly recommended and all I can say is that they did not fall short! The receptionist was very professional and welcoming upon arrival, after being checked I had a couple of minutes to settle in to the waiting area before being promptly called in slightly ahead of schedule, this definitely helped with the nerves. I met with Dr Jagsi who introduced himself and took the time to go over my dental history before the check up. He was extremely welcoming and explained through everything before getting into the examination and check up. He really took the time to clearly and professionally explain what he was doing, the results and what he recommended with regards to treatments. He didn't rush through any part of the check up and had plenty of time for any questions. This is quite simply the best dental practice I've been to and I wish I'd known about them sooner! I was previously with another local private practice, however Dr Jagsi and his team have really set the bench mark. They are incredibly welcoming, professional and caring. As a previously very nervous patient I am now not only looking forward to continuing my routine check ups and treatments with the Hockwell ring dental practice team but I would highly recommend others to visit them for their outstanding care and quality.

Arrived at this practice as a nervous patient but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. I did not have long to wait before being called in to see the dentist. I was very grateful for the short wait, as the waiting is the worst part for me. I saw Dr Jagsi, who really put me at ease. He explained everything that he was going to do, in a calm reassuring manner. He was very professional and was fantastic at putting me at ease. The whole experience has made me feel less anxious about visiting the dentist in the future. This has to be the best dental surgery that I have ever visited. It is obviously a very well run, caring, professional surgery. I would highly recommend to anyone that is a nervous patient. Thank you all for your excellent care.

It's a very unprofessional practice. Been waiting for an appointment for months and finally got to book one in but on the day of my appointment was told it will be a private treatment rather than the original one that was booked for NHS. Taken the day off work and then being told to pay for my treatment which was not was agreed in the first place and then Dr Jagsi talking to me as if it's all my fault even though the receptionist that booked me in had confirmed its under the NHS. This place just wants your money and don't really care about their patients well-being. If I wanted private treatment there are plenty of place I can go where you don't need to wait for several months for an appointment. It's a awful practice with untrained staff. Defo won't be going there again!!!

I have been to a few dentists over the years but none have ever exceeded the care I received from Dr Jagsi, from start to finish he kept me informed of everything he was doing, and I suffered no real pain. An excellent dentist I would highly recommend 🙂
