The staff were truly wonderful and helped me feel at ease, which was paticularly comforting as I am not the typical fan of dental visits. I would highly recommend Cavity Corner.

I was at the dentist this morning and was sad to see “zero tolerance of abuse” posters up, I can’t comprehend why individuals are nasty and abusive when people are just trying to help, and can only do so much due to time and resource constraints. Rant over. I have been coming to Cavity Corner for years. I have never had anything but kindness and compassion from ALL of the staff there and my teeth are nearly beyond help 🤪. I thought the 2 long term receptionists (who have since left) were irreplaceable, but Georgia is such a gem and is a delight to have welcoming clients. Well done to all 👍👍👍

My visit to Cavity Cornor went extremely well today. I would like to thank Georgia especially for fitting me in a such late notice, I really appreciate it. The Dental Nurse Brian was very pleasant and reassuring explaining everything as he went along putting my mind at ease. Overall I was very happy with my treatment.

I would like to thank firstly both Georgia and Rachel both girls have went above and beyond for my 4 year old who's needed a lot off appointments and assistance and referrals done in the last couple off months for dental treatment every phone call every conversation and also the advice and guidance that has been given to me has been much appreciated. My little man has build a very good relationship with the girls and every time he knows has to attend the surgery there is no fear as he loves to see the girls also his dentist and co worker who's been working with him has been amazing with speaking him through everything step by step having a child friendly approach which i couldn't ask for anything more as a mother thank use all at cavity corner :)

I’ve witnessed patients coming in and threatening this lovely team absolutely absurd behaviour. The patients who treat the staff this way should be ashamed of themselves. This is such a lovely practice with an excellent team of dentists and reception staff. They always do their best to get you in when they can, even when they’re busy.

Such a lovely dental practice! Given how difficult it is to get a dental appointment nowadays, the team here are always so helpful and accommodating. I’ve also witnessed first-hand how some patients can be abusive towards the staff it’s so disappointing to see, especially when they’re such a kind and professional team.

I went to this dentist on Tuesday the 7/10/25 for appointment then I fall between the office and the stairs and ended up with my achilles tendon damaged and I have to gave myself needles so I don't get blood clots also I am not getting anything for this damage .

Phoned up looking appointment they told me there not taking nhs patients 'not very good for the local cummunity then' I take it they would prefer to be up the malone road 'well maybe they should move up there as there more than useless to community in this area .disgracefull and should hold there heads in shame

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Was with them 15 years and used to be good in the past but has went seriously downhill in past couple of years. Constant issues with reception messing up appointments and losing past records although compared to the work being done by the dentists this will be the least of your problems. Shoddy work, misdiagnosis, a general attitude of 'you're getting it done on the cheap with NHS prices so be happy with what you've got'. It may be cheap but if you care about your teeth then steer clear. Over a year which included multiple appointments and misdiagnosis of problem and referral to specialists I didn't need to see I finally gave up and left to join another dentist. Problem was diagnosed and rectified inside one appointment. Haven't had any problems with my teeth since. New dentist could not believe the problem was not spotted previously. Only regret I have is that I didn't get out of this practice sooner. Would have saved myself a years worth of hassle and unnecessary pain.
