after being a patient for more than 15 years i am very sorry to say the service and quality seems to have fallen of the edge of cliff . i had a failed implant and there after stuggled to get a plan for the work needed or even a timescale . constant reminders failed to prompt them.....

Worse service ever, asked so many times to speak to a manger always saying there busy I asked for a tooth to be bonded agreed which tooth, went to my appointment and the dentist did the wrong tooth I just walked out upset I so fed up with getting poor treatment and no one ever listening A other time I had a tooth that the bonding had cracked, I had paid for the tooth to be bonded again, it was at the back The tooth had just been buffed off, I had to complaint and had to go back redone never got to speak to a manger no manager No one got any one to ring me back I went to get a tooth rebuilt and when I went to get the tooth filled. I told him I was in a lot off pain, I asked for an X-ray He filled the tooth when I got home I was in sooo much pain I had an abscess I ring up the practice and they did see me straight away it was a other dentist and he give me something for the pain, which I was grateful off I asked I think I got an abscess, I was confused if it was the tooth that had been filled or the one next too Lucky enough I know a NHS dentist and I had the tooth tuck out that the dentist had filled, I had an abscess like I thought I thought that’s what a dentist is for I rang last week talking about all the problems no one has bothered to get back to me yet again How there is sooo many good comments I don’t know I feel quite upset, as I clearly haven’t been treated well yet other people have, and asked three times for a manager to get back to me and they just say there busy If someone from this Practice is reading this could you please get back to me I also has two teeth that have chipped bonding only had one tooth done and it chipped in a week and the other one the month later Fed up with complaining and non off your staff are interested only when I have to pay Thank you

Just a brilliant practice. After struggling with my smile for years I decided to have a brace and new crown fitted and can't thank them enough for the difference it's made in my confidence (I've only had it on a week!). James took care of the crown for me which looks MUCH more natural than the last one and honestly didn't hurt at all (I was shocked!!), and Sarah had me in stitches whilst fitting my brace. I'm a nervous patient but everyone made me feel so comfortable, the whole team here are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this dentist. My fillings kept falling out, and the material they used felt like sand. Even after I complained, they didn't change the material. Also, I tried to get an implant and paid for several CT scans but never got a treatment plan. It seems like they only care about money. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I hope to prevent others from having a similar experience.

I had two crowns along with Orthodoncy in Mall Acvanced Dental Care. The receptionists, my dentist Belal, the Consultant, the hygienist, the dentist assistants all were fantastic. I'm happy with my crowns to this time. But the Orthodentis did not explained the procedure well. I still feel stress and palpitation whenever I remember the experience that I had there every time that I had Orthodency appointment.
