They dont deserve not even 1 star..they’re not professional at all..my daughter needed immediate help,and they gave her just some fluoride..wth..and then they made an appointment after 3 months..useless service from them..so unprofessional..anyway,dont go there ,you’ll end up without any teeth 🤣

Visited my dentist today. Was a nervous. Saw dentist Flor & dental nurse Rav. Outstanding dental care & customer service, from both these wonderful women. Thank you for putting my mind at ease & really looking after me, at my first time appointment with yourselves. Lovely receptionist, named Julie was also excellent in helping me. Thank you to all these three ladies for all their kindness, patience & help.

Been coming here years. Ever since the new Bhandal owners took over, it was given a modern refurbish but the dentists are terrible. I’ve never been so rushed outa an appointment before. Had some X-Rays and the dentist didn’t comment on outcome - just carried on. The scale and polish was like an F1 pit stop. Then when I had some Q’s, quick answers and he just kept saying sign here to get me out.

I have been using the dentist since a long time always been bad service still tolerated until they used my signatures onto documents without my permission and claimed money from the NHS under my name and I had to pay them a penalty of £170. Contacting them numerous times to sort this out with the NHS as it is not my fault but they not replying anymore and when I did use their services just for one thing they used 3-4 appointments to claim from NHS normally should be done within 1 appointment. None of the dentist stay there for there a long time so they keep changing to new dentists and I don’t even know if they are dentists or assistants. I suggest to everybody don’t go there as you will be dissatisfied and a very dishonest staff. The environment itself is not a hygienically clean and have told them many times about this but no action taken. This dentist should be closed as soon as possible.

extremely rude dentist, can tell they are overbooked and just want 1 in 1 out. no compassion or empathy at all. i’ve tried to call to book an appointment and they don’t even answer the phone.

Hello, Everything here with one star is the truth only , I visited once and that is the last , my feed back is that “they are not dentists at all “,they must be investigated and a thorough investigation is required there for every one who is an employer there,. That is the reality , and that is an humble request, please authorise take action .

This practise premises are modest at best but the staff are fantastic! Lovely, helpful receptionist {how often can you say that!} , kind and thoughtful dental nurse and Dentist Obonolo Orapeleng who have offered over and beyond support with ethical, wrap around care. I would not say lightly, amazing!

I took my husband on Tuesday to have treatment for 2 loose teeth after 45 minutes I was told I could go into the treatment room I couldn't believe what I saw he was giving my husband stitches and informed me he had taken 4 teeth out my husband is on blood thinners the bleeding continued at 2am I had to call for an ambulance he was taken into hospital required more stitches and blood transfusion he is still suffering now I feel I had to share

My stepdad had 4 teeth out yesterday knew he was on blood thinner for his heart condition he was only supposed to take 2 loose ones out my mum went in to the surgery room to see what was going on was like a blood bath stitching him up later that night he was admitted to hospital where he still is can't stop the bleeding.
