**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** I’ve nothing but great feedback for these guys. The receptionist was lovely and so very helpful from start to end. On arrival, she was still as kind. On meeting with the Dentist and nurse assistant, my daughter and I were instantly reassured as she needed 4 teeth extracted for orthodontic treatment. The kindness and empathy whilst getting the job done was another level! I’m signing up for good and am so grateful for the best service I’ve ever experienced! Last week, after John's (Dr Johan Weber) wholehearted effort to treat one of my molars, I needed an urgent appointment a few days later due to severe pain. I got an appointment less than four hours after the phone call. My sincere thanks to the lovely lady at the reception. James (Dr James Blenkinsop) and his nurse Jessie Taylor looked after me more than I could have ever asked for. After a very thorough and friendly discussion of all the options, we agreed to have the tooth extracted. The whole procedure went beyond expectations. The care, patience and gentle approach only contributed to the molar being out in no time! :) I have been loyal to this practice since before they moved to the premises at 1 Drewsteington. In total, my loyalty has lasted over 20 years; the practice was originally on St. Andrew Road, Shoeburyness. This was my first time meeting James. His calm, healthy self-confidence, his skills and professionalism are beyond compare. I don't know if the surgery has any vacancies for new patients. This is just what I'd like to share with all of you who have read my review and need to register with dental practice, don't think twice.
