A few weeks ago the dentist told me that I needed root canal treatment and a filling but when the appointment date actually came the dentist drilled the cavity close to the nerve and patched up the cavity with a filling no root treatment and ever since I've been in pain what a joke paying money to be in pain absolute shoddy practice

I joined this practice May 2024, after putting off/avoiding going to the dentist for just over 7 years. I was really quite anxious about attending because I knew that because I hadn't been proactive with my dental care, that I would likely have several new cavities or some other dental problem to be fixed. However, from arranging my first appointment last year up untill my appointment today (Jan 2025), everyone at the practice has been absolutely brilliant. Emma, at reception is fantastic- very efficient and friendly. My dentist Megan has made the whole process much easier than I thought it could be. Though some of my appointments have not always been pleasant however necessary (tooth extraction 😕). Megan has made me as comfortable as I could be and comes across very approachable and caring. At every step she has patiently and thoroughly explained all my options . Her wonderful care is very much appreciated. The dental nurse was also very attentive and considerate, which helped me relax especially during the noisier parts of my extraction. Overall it's been a very positive experience all round. My next appointment is in 6 months and I will definitely not be tempted to leave it another 7 years.

They are really understanding, only transferred a few months ago. Took 2 teeth out because infection now want to take maybe 1-5 teeth out. THIS IS WHY I DONT TRUST DENTISTS

I've been a patient here since 1993, & have always had a great service. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, & caring. I've never had a complaint about my visits here, so don't understand how a few of the reviewers have complaints. Thankfully, the majority of the reviewers have always had the positive service that I can identify with.

The receptionist - Emma, is a star. Always super friendly and helpful, very understanding and supportive. Dentists are nice and willing to explain as best they can when you have any questions. No issues to date!
