My husband was seen as an emergency appointment a few weeks ago and we got an appointment for 3 hours after we rang. We have just moved to Inverness and we had registered at a dental practice but they were fully booked for about 6 weeks. My husband was taken in within 2 minutes of arrival and ended up having the tooth taken out. The dentist we think was Jennifer and the dental nurse was Julie.(sorry if we misremembered!) They were absolutely wonderful and we were out in 20 minutes. Fantastic first class care. Thank you so much both. Highly recommend

During a family holiday to near Inverness, my toothache became unbearably painful, I was losing my mind with the pain and white as a sheet. I had to get an emergency extraction (12.30 on a Sunday lunchtime, 26th Oct). The staff were fantastic, my dentist was an absolute angel and she made me feel so at ease and did a perfect job even though my teeth are very hard to extract! I can’t express how grateful I am! The nurse was brilliant too, they both made me feel relaxed and were a great team. On my way back from Scotland, there was a sign at the side of the road saying Scotland has the best NHS in the UK. You really do. Protect it at all costs! And thank you so much!

This is not a criticism of the front liners, but the organisation itself is run with a complete disregard for the time of patients. Short and medium term cancellations happen more often than appointments actually going ahead. Especially for NHS customers who get an appointment at a normal time ( as you are usually only pigeonholed to rush hour). But even at rush hour your appointment is not safe. I also paid private price for a filling previously, and the one put in was too large. When I had to come in the next day to have it removed and replaced, there was no apology or acknowledgement of another chunk of day needing used up for this.

I’ve never left a review on the internet like this… ever. However, my experience with Dr. Victoria was so exceptional that I must say something (and honestly exceptional is an understatement). She performed my first ever extraction this afternoon and my first order of business now that I’m home is to let everyone know how amazing she is. What a competent, professional and supportive dentist. After the initial 5 minutes of speaking to her, I trusted her to do what had to be done. She made me feel comfortable, supported me when anxiety took over and the extraction was seamless. Her nurse was a star as well! Together they were the A team! Victoria I hope you see this. You’re the absolute best at what you do and I’m grateful that my first extraction was with you! xxxxxxx

Today I was treated by a lovely dentist who originally came from Pakistan, I cannot remember her name or the nurse. I explained my fear of dentists to her. She was so reassuring and professional that I felt immediately at ease. She removed two teeth and I was completely relaxed throughout. Job done, happy patient.

I had a tooth out today. I'm not very good with dentists and was quite nervous. Helen was the dentist I saw and I think her assistant was called Aileen. Both were brilliant and it ended up being nowhere near as bad as I expected. If you're reading this before a visit then don't worry; you're in good hands.

From phoning early in the morning the people I spoke to were extremely helpful. I was given an appointment that morning and the people I saw were very kind and caring. I cannot thank you enough and wanted to do so here. Thank you again.

Was in yesterday for an emergency appointment. I have a real phobia about the dentist. The dentist and nurse who seen me yesterday were absolutely fantastic. Could thank them bothe enough.

I had to use the OOH service over the weekend. My care and treatment was faultless Slight delays with the 111 triage system but the staff at the dental departing were so efficient and lovely. Fantastic communication and reassurance with great follow up the next day by the dentist that I saw 😀
