Having attended this dentist for a number of years now I was slightly concerned with the abrupt staff turnover during this summer with dentists starting and leaving - however after my visit today my trust has been regained and must say Dr A Majid was the most thorough, professional and informative dentist I have ever seen at this practice, she offered me treatments I had never been offered before and put my mind at ease.

Like many long standing patients, I am also disappointed with this practice. My recent visit turned into a sales pitch, treatment plan written on an appointment card and fed up of calling after three attempts for a proper written dental plan. If you are also unhappy, I suggest you contact Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board and make a formal complaint, who will offer to investigate on your behalf.

The care I received was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the dentist made me feel really relaxed, she was really thorough, took time to talk through my options, I was so happy with my experience there.
