I visited this clinic for a private consultation and was disappointed by the experience. The receptionist and dental nurse were friendly and professional, but the dentist was cold and impersonal. He didn’t introduce himself or greet me—his first words were simply, ‘I haven’t seen you before,’ which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Given that I paid £95 for the consultation, I expected better communication and a more patient-focused approach. His lack of courtesy made me feel uneasy. While I cannot comment on the quality of their dental work, I wouldn’t recommend this practice based on the consultation experience alone. I left feeling unsure and unwilling to book another appointment for the treatment I needed.

Best dentist I've ever had. The receptionists are wonderful and Farrokh the dentist is gentle, caring and, frankly, a genius! I'd lost some of the tooth enamel surrounding an old amalgam filling and he repaired it all with a new white filling (I'm quite sure it wasn't an easy job!) And now my tooth looks and feels perfect. An easy 5 stars from me 👍😍

I first learned of this practice by word of mouth from a satisfied patient who is equally nervous about dentistry as I am. This was a big selling point and I have now been a patient myself for five years. I had many long-term issues that desperately needed addressing and have experienced quite the selection of treatments - several replacement fillings, one root canal and most recently, a crown. On my very first visit, I was impressed by the high tech nature and thoroughness of the initial check up. It made me feel really cared for and that I was finally going to be 'sorted out.' The environment is exceptionally clean and professional with a small team of the same friendly staff who get to know you and provide continuity of care, which, for a highly nervous patient, is very important. What's more, Farrokh and Rachel take my fears seriously and provide extra touches to help me through some difficult moments, which I appreciate hugely! Then there is also the quality of the actual dental work that Farrokh carries out. Obviously, I know nothing about the technicalities, but it feels to me that I am in the hands of a perfectionist, an artist, even! I have utter confidence in the quality and durability of his work. Again, very important for a nervous patient who wants to avoid returning to the chair for successive fixes. The Marina Dental Care team has also helped me to augment my dental hygiene routines and improve my ability to take preventative care. This, coupled with the excellent restorative work I have received, has resulted in a consistently comfortable mouth, which for years prior, had not been the case. What a relief it has been! An excellent dental practice indeed!
