I had an amazing experience with Dr. Qasim for my braces treatment. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable at each visit. The results are fantastic — my teeth look perfect now! The clinic is clean, and the staff are always welcoming and kind (Daniya). I highly recommend Dr. Qasim if you’re considering braces — he’s one of the best!

I was referred by NHS 111 for an emergency appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes before 3 pm. However, I didn’t get seen until almost 3:50 pm, so I ended up waiting nearly an hour. When I was finally seen, the appointment lasted less than 2 minutes. It felt rushed, and it seemed like a thorough check wasn’t possible because there were so many other people waiting, and they were already running behind. The dentist prescribed me antibiotics that contained penicillin, even though I clearly stated on the forms I filled out and told them in person that I’m allergic to penicillin. They sent me on my way without addressing this, and I ended up having to pay for a 2-minute consultation that didn’t even help me, as I couldn’t take the medication prescribed. To make matters worse, the dentist was rude and insisted that I should be seeing a dentist regularly and should sign up for private care with them. I’m already up to date with my regular dentist appointments, and I had a referral because it was outside of my usual dentist’s hours. After this experience, I wouldn’t use them again, even if I needed a dentist urgently. The whole thing felt like a waste of time, and they didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping, just making money. Long wait times, poor service, and unprofessional behavior—definitely would not recommend. If you’re referred, try to ask for a different dentist.

Rude and unfriendly staff with awful attitudes from receptionist and dental assistants, all have you waiting a long time to be seen while sitting on their phones. Numbed me then left me waiting for 40 mins. Was treated by David for a chipped tooth and he handled me roughly and aggressively in the chair, pushed my head around and forced the x-ray tools roughly in my mouth. Abrupt and rude in talking to me about my treatment. When saying I was in pain, I was ignored and not reassured. Instead he pushed me to accept a private treatment costing £1k+ at the practice, saying I would not find better, to which I declined. Would not recommend them if you’re looking for a reassuring professional dentist.

I have just finished treatment at Omnia Dental Care and had a new partial denture fitted. Dr Manzoor was excellent, he was professional and friendly!! He talked me through everything and the denture fits really well! He has encouraged me to return if I have any problems and I feel comfortable to do this if necessary. I highly recommend this dental practice and Dr Manzoor is wonderful!!
