They are literally scammers. My teeth has not been reshaped yet in 3 years and they are telling me and they started asking for more money for retainers. Moreover,they asked to pay me £100 for scan . Later when they could not cope up,they said that they closed the business but they are still there.

Poorly! I will not recommend. They will promise you full package but will not fulfill. I paid full amount to close my gap tooth including retainers as promised. But they were asking me to pay additional extra fee for my retainer, which was included in the whole package initially. Also your teeth will not perfectly set. NB: To Dr Clear Aligners do not touch or re-edit my reviews. My first review was deleted and re-edited. I screenshot and keep all my reviews about product for record purposes. Thank you.

READ THIS They have such high reviews because they give you £100 off if you leave them a 5 star review. The entire process was very disorganised, loads of extra hidden fees they try to charge you and delays. Multiple times they try to charge me an extra hundred pounds for something and then I said no this is not part of the agreement and then they gave it to me for free as was agreed. Just shows that they were just trying to get a money grab. Overall definitely go somewhere else, these are not people you’d want in control of your teeth.

As others have said, they bag their 5 star review in return for a discount. All before treatment has started. 1 year on I'm still chasing them for my treatment to no avail and no refund of my deposit paid

Please don't trust Dr.Clear aligners. Its a Fraud company .They manipulate us by telling discount will be given for the five rating and reviews . Thats the reason ,many people give them good reviews. But infact their service is too bad they dont even respond to their patients. They are not at all professionals and every time when you try to reach them, you dont even get a reply until 10-15 days. I paid nearly 2000 pounds for my treatment, but they cheated me and told "UPON CHECKING , WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH A COMPLETE TREATMENT AND NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YOUR ALIGNERS. SINCE THIS FALLS UNDER REFINEMENT TREATMENT, IT REQUIRES A NEW TREATMENT PLAN, WHICH INCLUDES AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF 800 POUNDS ". .... Please dont trust them and waste your money

Avoid this company at all costs – dishonest, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. What started off as a promising treatment has turned into a complete nightmare that has dragged on for over 2 years, despite the treatment being advertised as 9 months. I still haven’t seen the final results, and every step of the way has been filled with delays, poor communication, and hidden charges. Now, they want to charge me £100 for a scan — something that should be a standard part of the process — just to make retainers. How do you even make retainers without an updated scan? And if you can, why would you recommend it knowing it might not fit properly? It’s just another way to squeeze more money from patients after they’ve already paid thousands. They keep shifting the explanation to justify extra fees. This wasn’t mentioned when I paid at the start of the treatment, and now they’re “tweaking” the story to make it seem normal. It’s shady, and frankly, insulting. Communication has been abysmal. Every time I ask for clarification, I get vague replies like “we’ll get back to you” or “we’ll consult with our team,” but nothing ever gets resolved. I’m left chasing them constantly while getting absolutely no real answers or support. What’s worse is they clearly push for good reviews early in the process, before anything actually goes wrong. It’s manipulative and misleading. Most of the “positive” reviews you see are likely written before the patient even starts treatment — don’t fall for it. This company is disorganized, money-hungry, and completely lacking in proper customer care. If you’re thinking about starting treatment with them — DON’T. You’ll be wasting your time, money, and peace of mind. Save yourself the stress. Go elsewhere.

Dr Rayhana was very good since she’s left (as I have been told) the company is continuously asking for money. I’m almost towards the end of my journey but seems like they just want for every appt. It’s been really awful experience after she has left. To get my attachments removed I need to pay £200? I mean I paid £2400 for my treatment which they have left in between because they are demanding for more money for each scan now. I won’t recommend at all because initial price they quite is £900 then they keep adding but to remove now they want £200 more? Wth honestly they know the patient will want it to be removed so take advantage. This won’t survive anymore. Also they tell you leave a good review to get some money off so beware of these reviews!

After initial good impression and money paid nothing but issues. All information provided below can be confirmed with whats up messages: - weeks of delay with deliveries every single time (split treatment following consultation) - wrong set of aligners sent and demands for me to send pictures wearing it (as my word isn't good enough) and demands for these to be send back regardless that I sent pictures trying them on and explaned that I was trying to wear it so probably none should be wearing them now. At least I would like to wear aligners that some else tried it on. And futher delays. - seems like treatment plan is not working there is none currently present in UK to arrange face to face consulation. I was provided with a phone number +35 country code. For last 11 days all replays are as follow: I will consult my team and get back to you. It is disapoiting and terrible customer service. Effectivley lack of customer service. I cannot imagine that it is possible for Dr Clear Aligners to continue treatment based on whats up contact purley. I underline that I am on my last aligner and my teath are not as they where supposed to be. My understanding is that further treatment is requeired following face to face consultation. I strongly advice to avoid. I wish I didn't go ahead with Dr Aligners London.
