If I could give 6 stars I would , professional , clean , staff so welcoming right from the very start the receptionist was friendly and so well spoken , Chris was a master of his craft aswell as the nurse as she was reassuring and very knowledgeable. The owner of the practice Nick got me in on the day I emailed and I’ll be forever thankful for today what these guys have built here is fantastic you’ve built some business there mate Wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ll be here for life , thank you so much guys I’m very pleased with today’s results .

I never thought I’d say this, but I honestly enjoy going to the dentist now—who knew that was possible?! From the moment I walked into the Practice @ Willington, I felt completely at ease. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and (thankfully) didn’t judge me for my questionable flossing habits. Special shoutout to the amazing dental hygienist, Lizzie, whose magic hands make a scale and polish feel like a spa treatment. My teeth have never been this clean, and I’m convinced they actually sparkle now! And of course, the fantastic dentist, Alex, who is not only incredibly skilled but also has the patience of a saint—especially when I ask way too many questions while they’ve got tools in my mouth. Every appointment has been quick and efficient & all the staff are very welcoming here. Sarah was amazing & told me things about my teeth which no other dentist has told me before! I wanted to leave a review hoping any anxious patients read it and it would help them. I had to find a dentist as an emergency after breaking a tooth, my original dentist had gone private but I wasn’t 100% happy with them so thought if I have got to go private I would choose to go to Donna’s practice ( she was our dentist years ago before she opened the practice @ Willington ) but we still had an nhs dentist. From me making the call to my first appointment I found them all to be nothing but professional, welcoming, calming, understanding the list goes on. I couldn’t see Donna but then thought with it being her practice she wouldn’t employ ‘rubbish’ so was booked to see Dr Emon Muktadir. When I arrived for my appointment he was so lovely - he made me so calm, he was funny put me at ease explained everything and was so thorough. He showed me on the screen x-rays, prices etc and sorted my broken tooth out there and then. I then went today ( a week later ) for a new patient appointment- wow wow wow I have NEVER had such a thorough check up, he calls it a Mouth MOT and I can see why now. Every tooth was examined - xrayed - photos taken - tests and then everything was shown on the screen, explained and a treatment plan was discussed. I said to him that I never thought I would hear myself saying ‘I was looking forward to going to the dentist’ but that’s how I felt especially after such a positive ‘tooth repair’ appointment last week. I just wanted to leave a review saying how happy I feel with the practice and the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with so far especially Amelia & Coral - they were so friendly and helpful nothing seems to be too much trouble a real asset to the team 👍🏻😀 Thanks everyone - if any patient is unsure whether to go to The Practice @ Willington - don’t waste any more time wondering-BOOK

My experience from the practice at Willington from first walking into the practice the lovely welcome from the receptionist she made me feel so welcome and relaxed the dentist was fantastic again made me feel so relaxed she explained everything to me so I could understand and the dentist assistant was fantastic at relaxing me to I would recommend the practice at Willington to anyone they was all fantastic

I cannot express enough on how you are looked after by this amazing practice. First of all, you are greeted with a smile and welcome. I was looked after by Sarah who put me at ease straight away. Talked me through what was happening and the whole process of my extraction tooth. I can honestly say it did not feel like I was having a tooth out. Thank you Sarah and the team. Your service is excellent.

Paid £100 for a 5 minute exam for my daughter, should have had a scale and Polish but told didn't need. Cost wasn't adjusted , £100 for a 5 minute check isn't good enough 😕
