This practice has changed ownership, and my experience with the new team has been very disappointing. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice during phone calls and ended the call abruptly. Several of the skilled dentists who previously worked here have since left, and the overall service quality has noticeably declined. I was also told to bring cash because the card machine was ‘not working.’ However, I saw another customer before me pay by card without any issue. When I questioned this, I was told the machine had just been fixed. A few days later, for my next appointment, I was again asked to bring cash due to the same reason. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend this dental practice.

Where to begin with this practice? Changed hands numerous times over the years and has now devolved into a state of total anarchy. Received a letter at the start of October that my 9 year old was being removed from the practice. This was because of rude behaviour. Our last joint appointment was the end of April and the letter was received in October. Finding this hilarious and an obvious case of mistaken identity, I phoned the practice. I was told that it was "someone with my daughter" that was rude. It was only me that had taken my daughter and I found the whole team quite lovely. They actually assisted us with our requests perfectly and had no issues whatsoever. Again this all perplexed me greatly. I was told an investigation would take place and someone would phone me back. A week on and no phone calls so I phoned again. They doubled down that someone was rude but kept switching between a phone call and during the appointment this "event" took place. Was promised ANOTHER call back that didn't happen and today, I phoned again to be told they have evidence of this incident that happened on a date they can't confirm at a time they can't confirm and they can't share it with me but my daughter is welcome back to the practice? Absolutely not. These people are so incredibly unprofessional. The letter they sent was also riddled with typos and has tipex all over it including removing their name and simply writing manager over the top. I found my children another dentist and have removed myself from their books. It's honestly bizarre how they couldn't simply say that it was a case of mistaken identity and fix it rather than triple down on obvious falsehoods. Our appointment again was April. This "event" took place in October? Run away. Further to add, In April I heard the gentleman at reception and another lady making fun of a woman getting private treatment for her teeth here. The whole place is wildly unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not go here if you are an NHS patient. I was wrongfully charged for treatment I should have received for free. Upon disputing the charge and receiving a refund I was promptly dismissed and told I was unable to return as a patient (not that I would have anyway). Staff were impolite and unprofessional. I was asked to return and pay with cash as the card machine had been ‘down for months now’. It took me months to get an appointment in the first place. Staff never answer the phone, always had to phone at least 5 times multiple times a day to get any response.

Amazing service staff was great very carrying, atmosphere was relaxed and calm if anyone need wisdom teeth to be removed this the right place to do it

Would recommend my teeth were saved and look a lot better. Always able to fit me in unlike the last owners where there was never an appointment for months. Got airflow cleaning on my badly stained teeth and very happy with the results. Staff are friendly and helpful.
