Had a great experience seeing Dr Andrew. He was very accommodating and had a lovely calming and friendly manner. He clearly explained all my options and along with all the team at the practice gave a very high quality professional service. I would highly recommend!

I've had 2 appointments cancelled now, on the second occasion the condescending receptionist said the dentist was on holiday and she couldn't control that... Certainly not the receptionist but surely management would care. Very disappointing service, certainly not customer focused.

I had an appointment on the 30-07-23 for a checkup but I was suffering with pain from a wisdom tooth and was feeling unwell. I contacted the practice explained the situation and asked if they could fit me in any sooner. An appointment was made for 23-07-23 while I appreciate they got me in for an earlier appointment they failed to communicate that they had booked me in for an emergency appointment. I saw the dentist she checked the one wisdom tooth (using no equipment, never checked for pockets, puss or an abscess) she literally looked in my mouth and said it was inflamed and infected and prescribed me antibiotics. I was in the room no longer than 5 minutes. She wrote out a prescription, I asked about my check up and she told me to keep my original appointment for the following week. I paid £26.80 that day. When I revisited on the 30-07-24 I was advised I would have to pay the £26.80 again after my checkup, when I have paid this 7 days prior. It states on the NHS website if the dentist only has to write a prescription it is free of charge. Plus band 1 includes an assessment and treatment and any further treatment in that banding required for up to 2 month after. Yet this practice has abused the NHS system and has tried charging me twice due to booking me in for an emergency appointment when this is not what I asked for. I asked for my appointment to be brought forward. I refused to pay this £26.80 and told the receptionist I wanted to speak to the practice manager regarding the situation. 2 days later I receive a phone call from someone called Anne telling me the practice manager Rami has decided I have been rude to his staff and due to me refusing to pay he has removed me as a patient and I am no longer welcome at the practice. I think this is highly unprofessional, there was miscommunication on their part as they failed to inform me it was an emergency appointment and I would have to pay twice or I would have kept my original appointment. Seems like all they care about is your money.

I had to visit here when I had an exposed nerve and an infection a short while ago. I am one of those people that is uncomfortable at the dentist, however, the staff including the dentist at this practice were amazing. A clear and concise conversation about what we are doing moving forward and very nice staff .... this is the best dentist I have ever visited by far. I would recommend them to anyone who (like me) has a fear of dentists messing with your teeth. 10/10 and thank you for the desperately needed emergency care 👍

I have been with them since 1989, I did leave for a few yrs as I was living in Derby, but they took me back and I travelled, as they were always good. It had changed hands now and the service is fantastic.

After years of being unhappy with my smile Dr Rami Khatib provided an extremely professional and thorough service using smile aline braces. I am so happy with the end result. I now continue to attend the welcoming dental practice for routine follow ups and treatment. The staff are always helpful and quick to call back to answer any questions you have. Would highly recommend.

I attend the surgery regularly for my checkups and Ginika is always so lovely and takes all my concerns into consideration. I also recently attended for an emergency appointment where Ginika was not available and saw George, he was very professional and helpful as well! All the dental nurses are very polite and friendly, it makes going to the dentist a more comfortable experience

Went to see Dr George Andrew at Chatsworth Dental Care, for treatment today. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was nervous initially but everyone was very friendly and professional, so I soon began to feel more relaxed. The treatment itself was painless, and carried out impeccably. George was reassuring and explained the procedure as he went along. Highly recommended.
