I recently visited Blackwater Dental Surgery for an emergency appointment, and I have to say, it was the best customer experience I have ever had at a dentist. From the very first call to set up the appointment, the communication was clear and reassuring. When I arrived, the transparency only continued. Dr. Hamza was excellent at explaining the results, the nature of the work needed, and was completely open about all my options, ultimately providing the best solution to resolve my severe toothache. What truly set this experience apart was Dr. Hamza's respectful and compassionate nature. I have a significant fear of the dentist, especially needles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and non-anxious. The complex tooth extraction itself was extremely quick and completely painless, which was a huge relief. Post-procedure, the aftercare information was incredibly helpful and easy to understand.
