I chose this clinic in 2020 based on strong reviews and premium pricing, expecting high-end cosmetic results. The treatment process itself with Dr Chris was smooth: both my implant and bonding were painless and professionally handled. However, I was ultimately disappointed with the final outcome and after-care. My implant replaced a temporary crown done elsewhere, which was slightly smaller and a different shape to my natural tooth. To my surprise, the final implant crown replicated this smaller, mismatched shape rather than restoring the natural proportions. The colour match is also slightly off. Dr Chris did replace the crown once when the first colour was noticeably off, which I appreciated. I settled for the second crown after being advised how difficult it is to achieve a perfect match More importantly, a metal-based crown was used instead of zirconium on a front tooth, which has caused a darker appearance around the gumline and affects my smile. When I raised this, I was told it was due to an “older-type” implant system, but no solution or alternatives were offered. I also had repeated issues with the bonding chipping. Although I was told there was a 2-year guarantee, I found myself returning every few months to repair it. On one visit when Dr Chris was away, another dentist repaired it, and I was then informed that the guarantee was only one year and asked to pay. This inconsistency and lack of clarity was frustrating. After this situation I decided to move to another clinic, where my bonding was redone and has been problem-free since. The difference in after-care and attention to detail showed me what I should have experienced originally. Given the clinic’s reputation and pricing, I expected much better long-term results and follow-up care. My experience was mixed: great execution during treatment, but disappointing aesthetic outcome and support afterwards.

*Very honest review* I came in with a bad ache in two teeth — one very close to the root canal, which honestly frightened me because I really didn’t want to go through that. Dr. Rami explained everything to me in such a clear, simple, yet detailed way. Really clean, sanitary work using rubber dampers and changing gloves frequently. Professionally designed my filling making it look as my natural as possible. Also frequently checked my bite and asked me how I was feeling. I was very comfortable the entire time, the whole treatment was truly pain-free — even after the numbness wore off, I haven’t felt any pain at all which is something I’ve never experienced before. I also want to say a big thank you to Olivia, who was the nurse during my treatment. She’s absolutely wonderful — she kept checking in on me, even took time out of her break to help, and played music to help me relax. I really appreciate the time and care both of them put in. It’s not an easy job, but they make it look effortless with how kind and professional they are.♥️

Kirsty and chris are extremley attentive, go into great detail explaining things and talk you through each process everytime, pain free from my first round of laser treatment.
