Can’t praise our dental practice enough, the reception staff are always warm and welcoming, our Dentist Birute is also always warm and welcoming. She has always done a most excellent job taking care of my children’s teeth, and has gone the extra mile for us many times. We actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Love my dental surgery! The staff are always welcoming. First appointment with Abugail my dentist today. She was lovely, very thorough, asked lots of questions and gave lots of advice. While checking my teeth /mouth she was very gentle. Came away feeling very looked after thank you. And thank you to the lovely dental assistant too.

Went for a chipped tooth and left with my tooth still chipped! I had to go back in and ask for it to be done again. I was told the issue was higher up in the tooth but the dentist barely talks, so it was not made clear when I went for my appointment. I had specifically asked for the chipped tooth to be fixed and it felt like I was being completely ignored. He said afterwards it wouldn’t last having a filling in the end of my tooth but my previous dentist fixed it and it lasted for years. I had to pay as a private patient and now as he said the filling had fallen off, I’m back to square one and hundreds of pounds less to show for it UPDATED I followed up with the clinic in regards to this experience and the staff have been very helpful. They offered a chance to fix the issue I had, free of charge. On seeing another dentist I couldn’t be happier with the work and explanation I got about my tooth and I’d be happy to see them again.
