It's horrible there, they have not did a good thing. They take so long and teeth are not even fixed. They left a massive overjet and the retainers they made is so poor quality. It is not even clear it's literally cloudy white and it changes shape over time as my teeth are getting even more overjet, meaning I'll have to get braces again. It also made me have a gorilla side profile.

Edit: 2 years after finishing my treatment I've had to spend another 5k on invisalign because these people didn't carry out my treatment properly. Might have to do with how there's one orthodontist for several clinics that have at any given point 20 or 30 patients coming in and out. Scalpers. I pay almost £200 a month to have receptionists never pick up the phone and to have appointments every 2 months. If your brackets break between revisions, too bad, no one's going to give you an appoinment in the next 8 weeks, particularly because they still haven't completely opened up all the clinics, so every patient has to go to Jordanhill. My favourite experience, though, happened 15 minutes ago, when I finally managed to get through to reception after 3 days of constant calling, only to have the receptionist tell me to wait, place the phone on the table and continue chatting with her coworker. At the 6 minute mark I started to ask if anyone was there and, expectedly, no one answered. So I hung up and called again, no answer. After repeatedly calling, at around 5 minutes to 4 they straight up just unhooked the phone so that when you call it the line is busy and then the call disconnects (they close at 4). I'm really tired and bored of the attitude of almost all staff at these clinics. On top of having to go through Heracles' 12 labours every time you try to schedule an appointment, you get treated like you aren't even there when you go in, people talk about you like you aren't in the room.

Appointments are few and between, so if you’re expecting quick results do NOT come here as an NHS patient. They do the bare minimum and save jobs for ‘the next time’ but the next time never seems to come! I would give the place 0 stars if I could.

When first visited I told george I was unsure to get braces but he assured me he would get all my teeth straight no gaps and not need any teeth out and would not be much longer than a year…one year later my teeth were all straight but he left me with a serious over jet like could nearly fit my pinky between the gap, he told me to fix this would need two teeth out but he acted like was not his fault and like he was frustrated like I done something wrong…it got to 3 and a half years with braces on and he basically says thats all he can do I still had gaps left in my teeth but he said its the gums when you can tell my teeth is not sitting upright it slants a bit but after having them in 3 and a half years I just agreed to get them off and worst mistake ever I hate my top teeth I had to pay over thousand pound more to get composite bonding to cover the gaps and will probs need to get braces again in future if i want to get the bonding off. Not happy customer.
