Not long been a patient here but it's horrible don't answer the phone alot of the time and when I do have appointment I just get sent away with stuff to do instead of dealing with the pain and it's been ages wouldn't recommend it at all horrid place

I have recently had an appointment with a Dr Sarah I believe her name was. She was friendly and communicative which would put any nervous patient at ease. I had a thorough clean done and an X-Ray without having to ask for it to be done. I was given a concise explanation of the state of my teeth following the X-Ray. The clean was painless but she still asked if I was OK periodically throughout which was reassuring. Also the assistant lady was very good at her job too and friendly. Overall very pleased with my visit, thank you.

After my previous dentist retired Charlie Hammond whom I'd had years and years at his very well run fully equipped practice ...it was difficult to find anyone who stayed or matched him and that didn't harper on about implants ..until I found Sara here ....who is a dentist who listens ...doesn't frighten you to death ...doesn't bombard you regarding implants and is the gentlest but most thorough deep cleaner of teeth think I've ever experienced but for a possible few . Sara has a lovely way about her and doesn't rush or flakey listen and I feel I have regained dental stability with her and along her dental nurse colleagues who attend by her side and your side supporting . Very pleased indeed ! .

All the staff are amazing, lovely receptionists! Dr Ahmed Orakzai is wonderful, I'm such a dentist wimp and he was so nice and calming, made me feel at ease and was very personable. 10/10

After a 45 minute delay waiting with my child, we walked into the room i said hello, the dentist didn’t greet my child just asked me if I had any issues and so I put her on the chair, he didn’t speak or ask her to open her mouth as any normal dentist does, he just put his hand in her mouth with the utensils, didn’t explain a thing to her, she is a four year old child she clearly needs the support and communication from the dentist, so she needed varnish on two teeth, she routinely every 6 months has this procedure, we are familiar with the correct protocol, the way he just dotted the varnish on not paying attention or caring whilst doing it, it normally takes longer because normally the dentist does build up the varnish correctly placing it then after they cure it using a light, so it stays, well not this time he didn’t even cure the varnish on her tooth, spent probably four seconds applying it he also got it on her gums, then said the appointment is over, after waiting 45 minute to be in the dentist chair for less than 3 minute and for him to not do the procedure correctly is a disgrace, the same day the varnish came off because he didn’t cure it, complete waste of time money and resources because we now have to book and have the varnish done correctly. The reason for one star is for the dentist assistant helper who ran down after us because she even knew the correct procedure and knew the dentist didn’t do it right she was great!
