If I could have given a minus score, it would be minus 10! I have been registered at this practice for 40 years plus. Ray Devine, was my dentist, he was always very accommodating if you needed an emergency appointment. He showed empathy and professionalism to his patients. I recently had to contact the practice that has been running for a few years under the company Clyde Munro, they bought the business from Ray Devine. I recently had to attend for an emergency appointment and my experience was like chalk & cheese from when Ray, owned the practice. It was an awful experience. I was appalled at the way I was treated on my last ever visit to this practice. I attended the practice on Monday, 10th November 2025. My crumbling veneer was cemented back into my mouth as a temporary measure. It completely disintegrated after one and a half days. Ray, would have sorted a temp tooth until my treatment could start. Oliver Smith, was the dentist, who seen me, he showed no empathy to my situation. Bearing in mind, this was at the front of my mouth and I was experiencing a little pain. He advised he was very busy and I would have to wait a week before he could start my treatment. The whole process was a complete waste of time. I had now gone 10 days with a huge gap at the front of my mouth where the veneer was. I had toothache and infection in the relevant veneer space. I called the practice again, explained the situation and was given an appointment with Michaela Mulvenna, who was supposed to have more experience ( and I was advised everything could only be treated on a private basis) for the following Monday. Then to add insult to injury, driving to my appointment on Monday 17th November 2025, I got a call to say my appointment has been cancelled due to an emergency! So the fact I had toothache and infection in my exposed tooth, I had a huge hole in the front of my mouth, that had been like that for 10 days! I wasn’t considered an emergency. I asked when my appointment would be rescheduled? I was advised someone would get in touch in due course, this didn’t happen. In 40 plus years as a patient of Ray Devine, I have never experienced such a lack of care, empathy and unprofessionalism. I contacted the practice and asked for my name to be removed from the practice register. From my experience they are only interested in the money side of things and showed no empathy or professionalism. Patients are just a cash cow revenue stream. Shame on them.

I have been a patient at this practice all my life (I am now 53). I have only ever had NHS treatments and have always been happy with the service. I decided to try the air polish, a service which they now offer, having previously had it done at Integrated. What a waste of £81 (now £100 as of this week I believe). It was night and day to my previous experience at Integrated - too long to explain. In short, what should have been a 20 minute appointment was, at best, 5 minutes and a very very quick skirt round my mouth with an air and water jet. I would strongly advise against using this service. Part of the problem is that they do not have hygienists. A 1 star review may seem harsh but the way the whole thing was handled after my initial complaint direct to the practice left me no choice (I always reserve judgement until after I’ve given direct feedback).

I’m so lucky to have been able to become a patient here! I had my first appointment today and the receptionists are so friendly, it’s very clean, and my dentist (Kerry) was so understanding of my anxiety and how jumpy I get in the dentist’s chair. Very happy with the patient, caring, professional staff here.

The dentist forgot or decided not to do a cap after a root canal causing the tooth being lost for ever. Internet says root canal has a very high success rate but If you are NHS patient your dental health depends on your luck!

Just joined the practice and it has been a great experience. Staff is welcoming and my dentist Katerina appeared knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The process was excellent and i m very happy with my treatment.
