Absolutely amazing service. Came here about 18 months ago when my tooth broke, exposing the nerve and becoming infected. I was so scared, as I hate needles, but I honestly didn't feel a thing The ladies that extracted my tooth were lovely, very reassuring and professional. I'd highly recommend them. Update: 2nd time here, for another extraction. Today Dr. Rai and the dental assistant, Asma, were absolutely incredible. He was so calm and patient with me, even though I was petrified and shaking with anxiety, he reassured me every step of the way. When my anxiety became visible (I was shaking) Asma went above and beyond to help me calm down and remind me I wasn't alone. Also the two receptionist last week were super lovely, cheering me up by complimenting my nails after I failed to sit through a filling. Honestly, I'll never go anywhere else. If I could tip, I would. They're great people who really care and do all they can to make you feel safe.

My first appointment at Acocks Green Dental Practice, I must say I was Amazed of how friendly and professional all the staff were from reception staff to clinicians especially the hygienist Atan and Dentist Dr Morak and Gaberile they were very pleasant and dealt with my treatment Thourghly as I suffer from severe phobia when attending dentist they all made me feel at comfortable and at ease. All my questions were answered efficiently and explained very well. Working in the NHS myself I would highly recommend this practice!!

I had terrible wisdom‐tooth pain for the past month, and this practice was exceptional in helping me. Every member of staff was caring and got me an appointment very quickly. When they extracted the tooth, I didn’t feel any pain at any point. The team’s communication was outstanding—they made me feel reassured and explained each step of the procedure in detail. The practice itself was spotless and very well maintained. Thanks again to everyone for the outstanding service. I would highly recommend this practice as one of the best in Birmingham!

I have been attending this practice for around 20 years as an NHS patient. I have received great treatment over the years from many different dentists. This practice does private treatment, too.Just a special mention for Dr Reece Chapling, who has been looking after my dental welfare for the last 18 months.Hes been excellent. He's always been positive about dentistry and tells you about your options but makes you feel very much at ease and in control .Special mention too,for the girls on the desk. Always friendly and will do their best to fit you in.No one likes going to the dentist, of course. But you are in very good hands here.Mr Chapling has now left for pastures new, and we wish him well.Dr Atan, a lady dentist, has taken his place.I must say she has also been outstanding. Had 2 visits recently for fillings and a checkup and was very happy with the treatment. Continues to deliver first-class dentistry.

Disgusting I’m absolutely shocked having not heard off you for any regular appointments and eventually having to phone up I’m told I’m no longer a patient of yours because I have to stay active . No phone call No text No Letters Nothing Fine I will go to another practice as all of the work that has been done at this dentist has damaged 2 of my teeth oh and being sent to dental hospital twice for cancer tests that wasn’t needed Avoid this place with your life absolutely shocking 🤬🤬 added after dentist answer I’m sure if I would of had a phone call/letter I would of come for a check up as for the broken teeth I’ve had them fixed by another dentist it’s funny how the root canal teeth was Exactly The teeth that was worked on as for being sent to hospital that’s fine as long as you actually need to go anyway not going to argue with you I’ve left and it’s only my opinion but other people should stay away from you too
