They insisted that I pay emergency rates, despite the appointment they wanted to book being weeks away because I didn't have a check up through them. I ordered to have my previous dentist send the treatment plan and x-rays I already obtained sent over and they said no. What a horrible business to take advantage of people like that.

Thank you Omar Kelemen for the coffee on my first ever upon sign up before lockdown and very welcoming presence. Dr Hiba Alobaide is an absolute saint, amazing, skilled and very calming. After 7days the medicated cloth came out and no pain so I'm not concerned. I now look forward to my appointments without fear or worry. It's only taken 15years to find the best dental experience. Thank you and I will be returning! Tooth extraction has never been this pleasant :)

I had a wonderful experience. I went to the dentistry first time, after having read the reviews here, for an extraction. Yes! Hiba is fantastic! She is delicate, caring, friendly, explained everything to me and took my tooth out with no pain and no complications. Even after the anesthesia I didn't even have to take a paracetamol. Everybody was very friendly and made me feel at home. The prices are normal for a private surgery and very reasonable compared to other private surgeries. Compared to NHS prices all I have to say is that I changed my NHS dentist because he didn't seem to care and I had already paid twice for him to do nothing. Not even advice me. 3 min max appointment.

Hibba was a great hygienist, no complaints. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job with the scale and polish. The dentist bloke however, kept trying to push me to get fillings. When I saw him in October he said I needed one and said that if I didn't do it now it would cause a lot of pain in the future. I then saw him again in April and said I needed three fillings. After he gave me the most uncomfortable scale and polish I've ever received, I decided I wanted to get my fillings done with my family dentist. I went to my dentist in Cornwall, a trusted professional, and he said that I didn't need any fillings at all. I think the dentist who saw me is either incompetent or trying to make money through unnecessary dental work. At £125 a filling, it's easy to see why he'd try this on. It's shameful to take advantage of people in this way. Either way, I can't recommend going here. You may save a little money at first, but after paying for fillings that you don't need, you'll be far worse off.

She listened attentively to the issue I was facing - I was very impressed by her attention to detail where I experienced very little/minimal pain during treatment. She also gave me invaluable advice for the future. I would definitely recommend Hiba!

From the welcome at the door to the treatment in the chair this is just such a lovely place to go. I joined recently and Sagar was nothing short of amazing. He rebuilt part of my tooth and you would never know that it wasn't my original tooth to look at. I'm certainly not scared of the Dentist but I usually dread going. I can honestly say I am (just a little bit) looking forward to my next visit. Sagar explains everything he is doing as he is doing it and in an easily understandable way. Honestly I couldn't recommend this Dentist practice more.

I had an emergency extraction done here. The service was exceptional. The dentist, Claudia, was brilliant, and explained everything, and removed the tooth with the minimum of fuss. Really not too expensive either.
