Always had really good service at this practice. However recently I was suffering extreme pain when I attended the practice. I was lucky enough to be seen by Legi who was assisted by Lucy . Honestly the treatment I received on this visit was outstanding. I was scared and in a lot of pain .I was treat with extreme kindness and understanding by both the ladies . I really can’t thank them enough for helping me .

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years and was really nervous, but my dentist Legi was amazing. She explained everything so clearly, was really gentle, and made me feel so comfortable. It’s so nice to meet someone so kind and caring. I even feel happy about going back for my next appointment in few weeks which I never thought I’d say about a dentist. Thankyou Lanehouss clinic for providing me the slot which i have been looking for years.

I had a disappointing experience at this dental practice. I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment and tried calling the reception to inform them, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived (about 10 minutes after my scheduled time), there was no one at the reception desk, and I ended up waiting again with no update or assistance. I felt like my time was not respected, and overall the lack of communication and organization was frustrating.
