We moved to Swaby’s Dental Practice a few years ago and have always had great service from them. Even during the pandemic when I twice had dental disasters the staff went out of their way to help. The Practice is tucked away in Swaby’s Yard; it doesn’t have it’s own carpark but there are various options fairly close by such as Saturday Market or the Shoppers Car Park at Tesco. Some of the dentists are based on the first floor but there is also a treatment room on the ground floor, plus a ramp to enter the building for easier access. Recommended!

Excellent service, I had a tooth abscess and the receptionist managed to fit me in to see a dentist on a very busy day. Chris and his dental nurse were fantastic, the tooth was extracted and I felt no pain at all. Three days later and it has healed nicely. All staff were friendly and professional.

After a visit to the dentist today ,which is always a pleasure .It suddenly dawned on me that I have been coming to Richard Berry’s Dental Practise for nearly 35years, from him first being in Albion Street Hull to Swabys yard in Beverley. The service and professionalism of all the staff ,from the receptionist's, dental nurses ,hygienists and dentists have always been amazing. I have over the years overcome my massive fear of dentist. This is only because of the friendliness and trust that I have in all of the staff . I was even brave enough to have my veneers done here, which I never thought would be possible due to my fears. So thank you Richard and team here’s to another 35years off visits.

This is the best Dental Practice I've been to. Everyone is very professional and know exactly what they are doing. The receptionists are very friendly and happy to help which puts you at ease straight away. The dentists are always brilliant, when you get an examination they will explain clearly what procedure you will need before doing anything. They want you to be as comfortable as possible before proceeding. I totally trust the Dentist and the nurse who make a great team. I would totally recommend Swaby's Dental Practice.

I left a review of a previous experience at this dental practice I'm now been told I'm not allowed to attend this dental practice anymore so I'm going to make a formal complaint to the NHS. This is how bad this practice is 5 year ago I rang the practice with tooth ache I was refused an emergency appointment and I rang NHS 111 for emergency treatment and I went to rejuvenate a lovely dental practice in Hull that sorted the problem out straight away. The receptionist of swabys dental practice was rude and hung the phone up on me. I have given the practice manager 2 weeks to respond to my complaint and if I don't receive a response then I'm taking the first complaint as it wasn't adhered to and the recent second complaint to the dental ombudsman, as other patients has wrote bad reviews and other dentists hasn't banned them they investigated the problem unlike this dentist otherwise I wouldn't of been banned. I have had a second opinion from a urgent dental treatment center about my tooth that is rotten and it appears that swabys dental practice could of saved my tooth but neglected my tooth and yes they confirmed that no member of staff should be rude and abusive to any patient and said this dentist has done me a favour refusing me as a patient. I got an appointmen to have my tooth filled in 24 hours where as swabys dental practice made me wait over two months for an appointment. I have received a response from the practice secretary. This response hasn't answered my complaint so I have no option but to take my complaint to the ombudsman. The nasty receptionist is Angie Coupland that has the worst attitude I have ever seen, I might as well mention her name so other people know who I'm on about incase they encounter the same problem as I did with her. Richard Berry the practice manager never responded to my complaint so he doesn't care how his staff that I mentioned behaves inappropriate manner . I haven't ever had a problem with a dentist until I came across this dentist
