Erik is the most patient orthodontist going , takes his time to explain every step of what he's doing. Very good if you're nervous! (Like me) . My teeth are great now thanks to his work :) I couldn't recommend them more highly. All the staff at the practice are lovely.

I first came to this Orthodontics about 6 years ago when I decided to get braces, the staff were extremely kind and the service they provided was immaculate. My teeth have been perfect for that past 6 years thanks to the bonded retainer that the had given me. Very recently however, due to my own fault, I broke off part of the wire bonded to my bottom teeth and quickly reached out to Osborne Orthodontics. They were extremely swift in their response and the simplicity in setting up an appointment eased my stress regarding my problem. As I expected from our brief contact, when I arrived for my appointment the staff were just as kind and reassuring as they were 6 years ago. I was seen to on time and they made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, my nerves were honestly a bit high going in but they were quickly dispersed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs such services, I feel very strongly that it is one of the best in the business!

started going here when i was 11, there was multiple people in the room at the same time, lots of different dentists just walking up and prodding at you, cramped waiting room often running late. no preparation for how painful the treatment would be, gave me a retainer for the first time and didn’t see me again for 3 months. as soon as the pandemic started i never heard from them again.

My son was receiving nhs care with Osbourne’s when they were forced to transfer to offering private treatment only, by nhs commissioning services. We decided to stay and transfer to private treatment as we were so happy with the care received. The private orthodontic service is even better. My son gets monthly’s checks plus whenever there are any issues where things break we are always squeezed in for extra appointments to fix the problem. We get the same skill, experience and knowledge but with time to spend to give that one to one attention. We would both highly recommend Osbourne Orthodontists to anyone, for friendly, supportive treatment by a team with many years of experience

I have had the pleasure with dealing with Osborne Orthodontics for over 4 years. Initially my son was treated by Erik and the team through the NHS in 2019 to early 2020 and his teeth are now perfect. The service was efficient, timely and importantly professional from start to finish. I returned to Erik in July 2022 to have my own teeth straightened privately. From the outset Erik explained options, costs, benefits and limitations. The service is continuously attentive and responsive to my needs. There have been a couple of occasions when the practice has gone above and beyond what would be expected to see me outside of practice hours to ensure I was not in pain or discomfort. My treatment is ongoing (expected 18 months-2 years) but with only 5 months of treatment so far I can see significant change in my appearance and this is down to the contentious and supportive treatment offered through the practice.
