I have been very self conscious of my teeth since childhood . This really impacted my self confidence . In my 50’s I was starting to have issues with my gums as well as I was unable to clean effectively between my teeth due to spacing and overlapping .My experience with Ric has been amazing , I always felt supported in the process and although uncomfortable at times , it was really easy to wear the aligners and see progress every appointment which kept me motivated to wear the aligners as much as I could every day ! Due to damage on my front teeth I also had composite bonding on four teeth which I would highly recommend . Not only have I been left with an amazing smile but I can also clean between my teeth really well which has vastly improved my gum health . I would highly recommend Ric and parrys lane dental. I struggle to find pictures where I show my teeth before this process began , but now I smile with confidence every photo !!

This is a great dental practice. Simon is a fantastic dentist and has a really calm friendly manner. The practices processes are very patient friendly - I left my last dentist (Westbury Smiles) because I felt like i was treated as a profit opportunity not a valued customer. I’d throughly recommend Parry’s Lane.

I've attended the Special Dental & Implant Centre for the second time after being recommended by my Dentist. Each appointment has been prearranged without any problems, and excellent communication has been had throughout by either phone call, text message or email. After my first visit, a discussion was had about possible treatment, cost and expected outcome. My second appointment was today. Treatment was completed to a very high standard, and I was told throughout what was going to happen. I would highly recommend contacting the team, they are professional non non-pushy, very caring professionals.

I understand you are breaching my guarantee of 5 years for damages to the fitted crown. My experience with perry Lane dental practice! I have chosen the practice due to previous unfortunaties with dentists in the past. The Perry Lane had 5 stairs on google reviews, and this was what made me choose the practice in first place. I had issues with LL6 that needed fitting a crown . My appointment was with Steve he price it all up for joust over a thousand pounds (£1000). Unfortunately, after fitting the crown, I've ended it up with infection that I've couldn't sleep in the nights due to the pain ! I've made another appointment due to the issue. The first thing Steve suggested was to get the tooth out ! This is a dentist response to the work he just accomplished! I've refused his decision immediately. Steve gave me a prescription for atybaiotyc, I end it up having toot infection more than 4 times and been taking antibiotics consistently. After doing my research I've ask the dentists to readjust the crown as it feel a lot higher than the rest of the teeth ! No response to my complins and suggestions! I had a meeting with Brittany, the manager, who came across a cross abrupt and dissmisal to me. I've felt so disrespected by the way she spoke to me. The receptionist also came a cross abrupt at many occasions. The place feels really like a school where you feel super uncomfortable abrupt and bitchy! I have been a patient for around 2 year with this practice I've sign up for the monthly plan that include 2 dentist check-ups and hygienist treatments. In a space of 2 years I've had 2 hygienists appointments instead of 4 as it has been paid for , unfortunetly they had no availability for appointments due to the fact they been fully booked. While I've manage book my hygienists appoitment 6 moths in advance, ( at one point, they have councel my appointment as they had no hygienists working for them ) Both hygienist treatment was very poor as I've left with stains on my teeth for the first time in my life !!!!!!! Afyer second treatment , I complained about the hygienist leaving stains on my teeth ! The hyginist suggest deep clean due to the saint teeth ? What a hyginist not remove stains on the teeth ? The follow up appoitment was with dentist who scaraped some stains with the steel tool looking like a hook , while not taking in consideration the fact of damaging the enamel of my teeth !!! I've left the practice with stains on my teeth after my complaint 😪 I would not recommend this price or their dental plan as all seemed like a rip-off and really uncomfortable visits with abrupt service with very high cost ! AVOID AT ALL TIMES !!! 😭😭😱😱
