He put me at complete ease during the extraction and it was surprisingly pleasant. I had some questions post surgery and Nikita answered them thoroughly and helped ease my anxiety. From the moment I walked in to their first class, relaxed premesis and met the team I knew I was in the right place. I registered with 'The Practice' when it first opened . Tristan and Nikita have been fundamental to the success of the surgery. Five years ago Tristan carried out a detailed review and advised me that much needed to be done! Well yesterday we finished that journey ! In fairness it took me some time to commence the journey! The Practice is an amazing surgery with excellent staff, materials & the very latest denral equipment in a modern design setting by the Bathurst Basin opposite the John Sebastian Car Park . Tristan, your passion for dentistry excellence is very clear. We all benefit from that, don't stop, especially when you are briefing patients. You are so gentle when giving anaesthesia, - which is much appreciated! (My daughter is also very much delighted with her treatment). Nikita , I remember complimenting you when you supported Tristan in surgery , as you both made a great team. The Staff are always charming, considerate and kind. Thank you!
