Booked in months ago no one responds to numerous emails. Phone consultants just tell me to book in again during national lockdown 🤣....will book somewhere else. what a waste of time

Disappointed with the customer service. I already paid my treatment and the 4 impressions I have made haven´t been accepted, so I asked if they could refer me to a place where I can get them done with a profesional or the return of my money, and from that email I have not received a reply. I have send many emails, and booked two meetings and have not received any calls either. It has been more than 2 months since I contacted Smile Direct to start my treatment, and here I am without a treatment or an answer.

Company is in liquidation and not giving customers their money back. Please do not pay anything to this company!! They literally ran away with people’s money.

I made an appointment spike to a man in America who was great with his speech and explanation. However when I arrived to my app the following week in didsbury I was told that there would be a 45 min delay. Bad impression straight away. What is the point in sending reminders of an app when you are not going to see the person on time. I told her what I thought of the service and walked away, this left a bad taste

l The retainers came on time and I started the journey. However I am at the end of my journey and my teeth are not straight and here is when my concerns start. I have been informed that the pictures of my straight teeth were a prediction and it might not get like that. They now tell me that what they offer is NOT as good as a traditional bace and I could NEVER achieve that result If I have extra scans the cost is another £100 with £200 for every additional retainer Its such a disappointment and the aftercare isn't that good. I am left with teeth that are not straight and now they are coming at me with every excuse that there is rather then offering to sort it out for free. Im still paying monthly and will have to keep paying for a effect I am not happy with. If I knew what I know now I would go to the dentist and get invisaline or a traditional bace. If you need extra retainers they are free with invisaline I would not recommend Your smile direct at all. I am now seeking legal advice as Ive been left with a unstraightened lower teeth and having to pay monthly for this. Ive been in contact with them today and will not sort it out without me paying for further retainers. GO ELSEWHERE

Don't do it! Incompetent staff, unprofessional set-up, stay away people Been for 3D scans twice, spent money traveling to Manchester, paying for hotels and petrol but they twice didn't do the scans correctly and I wasn't told all information needed. Plus in the Manchester "Clinic" (more a cubical room) has so much dated technology, quite embarrassingly old laptops and it looks like it's from the 90s, they couldn't even replace a European clover power cable with a British one, it's plugged in to a European adapter! Taking photos of my teeth on an iPhone then having an alkward silent wait whilst the "licensed dental professional team" send them by email to someone (about 10 minutes silence) which god knows what has happened to those photos if they've even been deleted correctly. Listen here once... Go somewhere else.... Don't go for the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

My daughter has paid for one of there kits months ago and has still not got the final braces. She has sent two emails to enquire about the extremely late delivery and has not received a response. This seems to me to be very unprofessional, bad customer service and the actions of a fraudulent company. I would not recommend this company and strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs.

My smile experience has been amazing... I'm currently on set 8 of 10 and I'm so happy with my progress and very excited to see final results... staff at my scan were very nice and professional... very quick email replies when i hace had a question. I would recommend Happy customer #happysmiler
