My first time here was a awful experience. How Dr Jovita treated my bf who was only speaking on my behalf to make sure they had all the right information as i was answering them wrong amounts to abuse. Disgraceful behavior shouting at him. Never witnessed anything like that from a dentist. He was acting like he had some kind of authority basically telling my bf not to speak. Who is he to attempt to insert control on someone and tell them whether they can speak or not

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress at the way I was treated by Dr. Jovita during my partner's first appointment on Thursday, 20th November. As her advocate, I was subjected to verbal mistreatment and emotional distress by Dr. Jovita, which was completely unacceptable. During the appointment, Dr. Jovita shouted at me, telling me to stop interrupting and letting her answer for herself. He became aggressive and dismissive when I tried to correct information about my partner's medical history and allergies when she had provided incorrect information. Despite me remaining calm and respectful in my approach to him, he threatened to cancel the appointment and asked me to leave the room, citing that our conversation was making him uncomfortable. My partner is now anxious about receiving further treatment at this practice. I am also considering finding a new dentist due to concerns about the level of care and respect shown to patients and their advocates. Dr Jovita had no place to intervene in our arrangement in the way he did I believe Dr. Jovita's behaviour was unprofessional and fell short of the standards expected from a healthcare professional. I hope that the practice will take my complaint seriously and take steps to address Dr. Jovita's behaviour. To anyone considering attending this practice, I would advise you to be cautious and consider your options carefully. The staff at reception were understanding and helpful, but unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil the bunch. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help others avoid a similar situation and encourage the practice to improve their service.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I visited Dr. Taheri twice for treatment, and on both occasions, I experienced extremely unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour. I felt that his attitude was rude and lacked even the most basic patient-centered care and respect. It seemed as if he had no intention of helping me at all. This experience caused me significant stress and has made me anxious about seeking further dental treatment. He was the worst dentist I have ever encountered – it was truly shameful.

No one likes a dentist appointment but this place really goes the extra mile to make you feel uncomfortable. I waited 8 months for an appointment that turns out to be the wrong booking. I’m ordered to leave my signature on tiny screens that says I agree to t&cs on forms that I’m never presented with. the dentist, incapable of greetings after they call me in following a half hour wait for no reason, doesn’t even turn around as enter the room. I’m just standing in the room awkwardly as he barks questions at me. the assistant next to him is STARING at me the whole time. This place is a bad joke, I left before they could touch my teeth.

Disorganised! Dentist seems competent, but only at basic stuff, and seems to rush through appointments, giving only minimal examination. No root canal work or implants or such. Receptionist can be "brusque", to say the least. I waited for two months after they said they'd refer me to the dental hospital, but the hospital has no record of the referral. I have no confidence in this practice.

I suppose this would be a great practice if you could actually book in with this dental surgery. 4 attempts, cut off 3 times and gone from caller number 1 to caller number 2 for 43 minutes and cut off again. Near 2 hours wasted.

I was absolutely terrified before coming in I’ve had a lot of anxiety around dental treatment for years. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Soroush Taheri and Nurse Deyar were so kind and understanding. They were amazing and took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt comfortable, and even managed to do the treatment when I thought I’d only be getting checked. I left pain-free and so relieved. I can’t thank them enough! I feel so much better now and definitely feel a lot less scared about coming back.

Poor customer care offered. I original had a check up booked for the 28 th March 2025, unfortunately I cancelled due the fact that I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer and was operated on the 18 th March 2025, making it impossible to attend the check. So I rang and spoke to the lovely Lisa on reception, very compassionate and understanding. Another appointment was made for the 11 th July 2025, unfortunately once again I’ve had to cancel due to the fact that I have to attend Weston park Hospital to have blood test and check up before I can continue with my immunotherapy treatment the following Tuesday. This time the receptionist ( not Lisa) was rather snotty saying that seeing I’ve now cancelled twice and if I fail to attend the new appointment that I would be struck off!!! I tried to explain my situation that having cancer treatment is rather more than important than a check up. !!!! I think 🤔 that reasonable adjustments should be made for certain circumstances as this is out of my control.

Went here haven't got a dentist and it was a booking done by 111. I truly was scared still I asked for the tooth to be pulled and the dentist did it. Before I knew it it was done and over with was very shocked didn't feel a thing

I had a few very disappointing appointments both for myself and my dad with the dentist upstairs. She did not answer any of our questions and kept interrupting us when we tried to speak. I found her attitude dismissive and unprofessional. What’s even more concerning is that they openly stated the NHS isn’t funding them enough—implying that this is the reason for poor treatment and lack of proper care for NHS patients. That is not acceptable. A lack of funding should never be used as an excuse to treat patients unfairly or neglect their care. If there are funding issues, they should be addressed through the proper channels—not taken out on patients. Everyone deserves respectful treatment and proper care, regardless of how their treatment is funded.
