I had a wonderful experience throughout my clear aligner journey with Dr. Audrija! At the initial consultation, the process was explained clearly, the pricing was transparent, and the decision was entirely mine. During the straightening process, I had regular visits and Dr. Audrija was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. The whole team is so friendly that it never felt like a chore coming into the practice. Once my teeth were straight, I had composite bonding to give the shape of my teeth a nice finish. I'm absolutely delighted with the results!! If you’re considering options for straightening your teeth, I highly recommend having a consultation with Dr. Audrija!

These guys are awesome very very caring i normally have panic attacks whilst having teeth out and go to hospital to have sedation but today I had THREE TEETH OUT and no sedation the doctors put me so at ease I would thoroughly recommend this practice 😀 xxxx

I recently moved to the area and booked a check-up at this practice. I also enquired about getting a new mouth guard, something I’ve used before and was familiar with. I paid extra for a consultation and impressions, expecting clear advice and fair pricing. What I received was a quote for £700—more than double the £300 for the same mouth guards available online. I asked for clarification on why the price was so high, but never received a reasonable or transparent explanation. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. Overall, I’m disappointed by the lack of clarity and responsiveness. I won’t be returning. Follow up to the response below... The practice’s public reply has disclosed private details of my treatment without my consent — a breach of confidentiality. This adds to my initial complaint about a lack of justification for the £700 quote for a mouthguard that was available online for £300. My experience of poor communication, the lack of clarity and now, their revealing of private medical information on a public platform, has left me with serious concerns about the professionalism of this practice which I feel other customers should know about.

I had a tooth implant. Dr. Rajesh Handa is truly exceptional. His expertise and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. He made me feel at ease, especially since I was a bit anxious about the procedure.He took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, addressing all of my concerns and answering my questions thoroughly. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and Dr. Handa made sure I was well-informed and relaxed every step of the way.

I was really nervous about going to the dentist. My teeth were not in the best state(understatement)! The embarrassment I felt was quickly quashed. The practice treated me with nothing but compassion and respect. I had treatment and the results have been fantastic, but it was the way I was treated when I first visited that was,to me,the most important. If you’re searching for a dentist to get clear aligners, STOP LOOKING… YOU’VE FOUND YOUR DENTIST!! Dr Audrija is the epitome of dental excellence, she goes above and beyond for her patients. I always felt so well looked after and she listened to all my concerns, providing reassurance throughout. The clear aligner world is a minefield and trying to find a dentist you can trust can be incredibly frustrating. Other dentists have previously advised I needed composite bonding on multiple teeth. Dr Audrija promotes embracing the individuality of your teeth and only offers composite bonding where it is actually needed. This makes such a nice change from practices driven by sales. I couldn’t be happier with my smile, I now walk around grinning like the Cheshire Cat. Thank you to Dr Audrija for all the kindness and care, I truly feel lucky to have found this practice! :D

Please be aware this is how there treating NHS patients now. Trying to make you sign a form to pay for anything require privety. Despite being a patient for them for over 5 years. Absolute disgrace. Driven several miles to attend this practice as I no longer live in the area. They don't tell you this on the phone so you can make an informed decision. Will be putting in a complaint to the NHS
