Absolutely incompetent and truly unprofessional. Came for an emergency appointment to put back a crown that fell a day before. The dentist put it back at a higher position although I said it's too high but he reassured me it's not problem. I now cannot make a closed bite. They then refused to give me another appointment to try to fix the problem although I called first thing on Monday to try to get an appointment during the week. I now have to go to another dentist to try to fix the mess this one created! Very terrible!

I recently transitioned to this dental practice with my long-term dentist and have had the opportunity to see several dentists here, including for emergency treatment. Each of them has been kind, friendly, and professional, which has really helped ease my anxiety. Great practice!

I've been going to this dentist for years since I first moved from London to Newcastle for uni. I've moved around to different areas in the surrounding areas of Newcastle / Sunderland over the years but I refuse to not keep coming back to this practice - they're the best dentists I've had :) Really great team there and great communication Two people to mention - Harpal is a really relaxed and friendly person who is also informative and puts me at ease every time Victoria recently did 3 fillings for me and she was excellent, really great at what she does and I usually had injections but I really didn't feel anything and she did her work so smoothly. Also really appreciated the frequent check ins to see how I was doing as the work was intense and I'm very pleased that she has moved to this practice. Excellent place and can't recommend it more - thank you all!!

This is the happiest I have ever been with a dentist. I totally trust him and his team are fabulously friendly. So much so, I travel over two hours to have my teeth looked after by them all.

The worst practice I have ever been to! No longer care about their patients. If you had asked me 5 years ago, I would have said it was a very caring practice and one particular dentist cared about his patients but now it's all about money.

Poor communication and very unprofessional! Went there to sort my cheeks out as they seemed uneven after tooth extraction so they said they couldn’t do it and they recommended “washing and filling” I was happy because I thought the filling might help to make my face even. Went for my appointment and the dentist started injecting my gum without letting me know what she was up to, so I told her that a particular gum hurt so badly and she said “That’s an injection let go of your hand or you might get injured😠 like seriously? How rude😳! Who does that? Am I not supposed to be put through what filling is all about and the steps involved before you commence? But no you choose to do whatever you like with my mouth without any explanation 😔. Meanwhile, I can't remember complaining to you about having any dental issues. Long story short, I cried my eyes out that day because that filling complicated things and it made my face more uneven than before. I regret ever going to that practice because my confidence is 0% now😰 Reply: You think I would’ve agreed to that if you had explained to me that the filling was scrapping my teeth on the other side of my cheeks? As it stands now I find it difficult and painful to eat anything after the so-called filling. That side of the cheek has been my saviour because that’s the only side I chew with ever since a tooth was extracted from my right cheek which I had told you on my first visit. I wasn’t experiencing any pain or problems on those teeth or tooth not until after the whole filling drama (even up till this moment I still don’t know what was done to my teeth neither do I know which of the tooth/teeth was filled or don’t I supposed to know which teeth/tooth that was going to be filled and what the filling was all about?!)

I had a top left front teeth that was partially broken and I made an emergency appointment on Monday. They quickly arranged a treatment for me the next day. Dr. Emelia first ground off the decay part and then filled it for me. I was very nervous before the start, but fortunately the whole process was quick and painless. I am also very grateful to Dr. Simmi for her assistance during the treatment. It was the cooperation between the two of them that made the treatment process easy and high-quality. Best wishes, Shangze

Worst place for the NHS patients, even though you will have to pay for private from time to time. Taking months to leave an appointment and when it comes to get your service, they will tell you to do another examination. They keep making those appointments just to get more money, don’t really care as they probably know you don’t have any other choice. The staff that was during one emergency appointment, had no idea why I was there for. She did not greet me at all, did not listen to any of my issues and in the end did whatever she thought was right and told me to leave without even giving me e mirror to check my front tooth. You made me leave that place and made me go through months of anxiety and stress. I hope one day you are left to a position like this and people treat you just the way you treated me. Disgraceful!!!

Horrible experience. The dentist messed up my root canal treatment so badly that after 2 years I started having severe pain in that tooth, requiring a second root canal treatment to fix the botched up job by this dentist. Called them to have an appointment but they didn't even listen. And after 3 more years of on and off pain, the infection in the root canal was so bad that had to extract that tooth. Xray revealed the dentist even left a tiny part of the instrument in my root canal leading to dental granuloma. I regret the day I went to this horrible dentist.
