In response to your reply: Very disappointing experience. I allowed the practice more than 10 working days to reply to my concerns and received no response. Despite several appointments to correct work that was not done properly, the issue remains unresolved — yet I’m being asked to pay again. I have now escalated the matter to the DCS. Poor service and poor communication.

I had my teeth cleaned with airflow from Fran and Lesley today and what an amazing result, Fran put me at ease explaining every step and performed a miracle bringing my teeth back to how they used to be clean and no plaque . Had Root Canal with Danny this morning, I am nervous as a patient but felt calm and comfortable the whole time. Thank you for taking time to explain the process thoroughly and thank you to the dental nurse (really sorry I can’t remember your name) but an excellent team that worked really efficiently and made quite an invasive procedure feel like a breeze. 🫶🫶🫶

I walked into the surgery (where I am a registered NHS patient) this afternoon, asking if I could see a dentist for an emergency tooth extraction. Luckily i was seen immediately and the procedure was carried quickly and efficiently. I'm 48 and had most dental work known to man in my life and believe me a lot of dentists are butchers but seriously this is the best dentist I have ever had in every way even the deep clean which I normally hate was a pleasure. The girls in reception are polite professional and match the excellence of the dentist too. Top dentist 💙

My review is purely about the physical accessibility and unwillingness of the practice to make any changes to help patients with mobility issues. To begin with there are no disabled bays so I had to drop off my elderly mother-in-law on the busy main road and leave her stranded whilst I parked up some distance away. It would be v easy to make one space in the staff car park for blue badge holders. The next problem for her was to navigate the steep steps, the last of which has no grab rail whereby she became v breathless. A ramp could easily be installed. The Equality Act 2010 requires shops and businesses to make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for disabled people. Even a more understanding approach from the receptionists would help eg offering to hold open the heavy front door. I know we’re not the only patients to bring up this issue and I have brought it up with the practice manager who merely suggested finding another practice.
