I've had to have a permanent crown fitted after having a revision already root canal at the Heath. My temporary crown cracked and the saw me same day to put a temporary cover in it. Then when that came off booked me an appointment next day and when I arrived my crown was there waiting for me and was fitter no hassle and very speedy. Can't recommend them enough

I used to be terrified of the dentist, but I have to say since I started coming to Bupa Dental Care Penarth, it is no longer something I'm afraid of. The staff are all friendly and kind, and I was put at ease by the dentists that I saw. Pav and Jason have been amazing, everything was carefully explained to me, no pressure, no stress. I used to get myself worked up weeks in advance of going for a dental appointment, but since I started coming here that just isn't the case anymore. The service is very professional from everyone that works there. I'm always greeted by welcoming staff at reception, I cannot fault it. Highly recommended.

1st appointment today, Lovely dentist, well trained & professional. Had to go steep stairs - no good for me. When I completed forms online there was a question about adaptations/special needs, I presumed in room & said no to question. Xray not working so have hygienist in Oct so they will do that then.
