Members of the team are always very welcoming and friendly each time I visit. My dentist explains everything to me advises me on the best plans. Last week I called the clinic as I was suffering with pain in my top jaw and swelling on the left side of my face. They made arrangements to get me in that day to try to identify and resolve my issue. Really happy with the care I receive from this dental clinic.

Worst dental experience i have ever had. I went to this dentist for the first time and was told i had tooth decay in one of my front teeth and that it needed to be extracted as my tooth could not be saved, paid for an xray but have to wait 3 months for the xray. The dentist was very cold and not empathetic at all. The dental nurse in the room was very nice and reassuring but the dentist was awful. I then went to a different clinic the week after for a second opinion. There was no tooth decay in any of my teeth it was in-fact a sinus infection which was easily detected on the xray. I went a full week with extreme anxiety, unable to sleep or eat for absolutely no reason. I don’t know how a dentist could make such a serious mistake. PLEASE AVOID THIS DENTIST!

I attended the dental surgery last night and had an excellent experience from the reception staff , Binu (Therapist) and the male assistant from Egypt. I am usually nervous about cleaning but last night was different. Although I live in Liverpool, I will always choose and use Chester Dental Centre. Thank you

Very bad fix teeth😔 yesterday fix and same day broken again😔😔😔 and today i come and then said if you want we can fix but cost another 75 pound😔😔 not recomendet this place don't trust this place
