I call them and want to make an appointment as NHS registered patients but the receptionist said the don’t have place for NHS even I’ve been registered, I also told her that I have maternity certificate and she said I can’t use that and have to be private patients. I don’t know why

Time of the issue 15:00 Date 27 October 25 The worst people I have ever seen in my life, my appointment was changed 3 times, without them calling me and informing me. When I called them, the receptionist was a woman who spoke as if she was from a gang, she didn't even let me finish my sentence, I told her I wanted to speak to the manager about my complaint, she told me we don't have managers, everyone is on vacation, then I have asked her can I speak to the personhow who is in charge, she told me there is no one in charge and she spoke in a provocative and inappropriate way, I was in severe pain and two days before my appointment they changed my appointment to the next month, meaning my appointment was changed 3 times, this is illegal and unethical, and the funny thing is that she told me the doctor is on vacation???, then she told me you have to wait till his back if you want chang to different dentist then you wait 3 months at least, what??? They don't care about people sovereign and pain, this is unprofessional behavior.

I have phoned the practice as NHS website is currently saying they are taking new NHS patients. I have been answered by a lady receptionist who told me they are not and I am wrong and put the phone down with no notice . Haven’t been to a dentist in a few years after a bad experience with my old dentist, had a big chip in my front tooth and a broken back tooth finally got an NHS appointment after months of phoning around got one from this dentist omg DR silky was amazing so lovely and caring made me feel so comfortable, she did the treatment never felt a thing she has restored my faith in dentist. Thank you so much I can smile again without feeling self conscious.

Recommend go to dentist, since offer some treatment. 20 years of fear Dentist refused go, knew I had to go getting sorted. Even have Anexity terrible kick off. They have ease my fears made sure still in my comfort zone as must as possible. Stop for short breaks and resume on. Extraction best of all, made sure wasn't in pain keeping in comfort, stop few seconds when felt uncomfortable. So it a big yes for return again. Biggest thanks to dentist and staff 👐
